QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse is a 14 day diet system that is “designed to totally transform your body” (website). This QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse review will sift through the dozens of ingredients and help you see QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse for what it really is.

QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse Ingredients

QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse is a 3 part system. The following are the ingredients contained in QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse.

-Iso-Burn AM Ingredients

Niacin 20 mg
Chromium 200 mcg

QT Capsimax Thermogenic Complex 244 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous is a good diet pill ingredient, but QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse does not reveal how much caffeine anhydrous it contains.
Capsimax Capsicum Fruit Extract
Metabromine Cocoa Extract is an appetite suppressant. It needs more clinical backing.
Bioperine helps the body to absorb nutrients. There is no evidence to suggest it causes weight loss.

Super Antioxidant Thermo Catalyst Complex 233 mg
Blueberry, Blackberry, Transresveratrol, White Willow Bark, Acai
These ingredients do not cause weight loss.

Iso-Burn Fatloss Activator 415 mg
Green Tea Leaf Extract does contribute to weight loss. However, in order for green tea to be effective it has to be taken in doses of 300 mg or more per day. QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse fails to list how much green tea it contains, so there is no way of knowing if it will be effective.
Raspberry Ketones has been shown to cause weight loss in mice, but more human testing is needed.
Mucuna Pruriens
Banaba Leaf lowers blood sugar levels, leading to weight loss. However, once again, QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse does not say how much Banaba Leaf it contains.
Sclareolide
Acetyl-l-carnitine
QT Detox Cleansing Complex 100 mg
Black Walnut Hull, Grapefruit Seed, Pau D’arco Bark, Pumpkin Seed, Myrrh Gum Powder, Hyssop, Gentian Root, Elecampane Root, Prickly Ash Bark, Yellow Dock Root, False Unicorn Root

None of these ingredients contributes to weight loss.

Iso-Cleanse PM Ingredients

Dietary Fiber 2 g

Iso-Cleanse Herbal Complex 2200 mg
Oat Fiber, Cellulose, Senna Leaf, Cascara Sagrada, Aloe Ferrox, Rhubarb, Prune Powder, Carob, Apple Fruit, Tamarind Extract, Date Fruit, Fig Fruit

NONE of the ingredients in Iso-Cleanse PM have been proven to contribute to weight loss.

Iso-Flush Ingredients

Vitamin B6 50 mg
Magnesium 100 mg
Potassium 100 mg
Herbal Blend 1000 mg
Buchu Leaf
Cornsilk Stylus
Couchgrass Rhisome
Hydrangea Root
Juniper Berry
Uva Ursi has been shown to cause drug interactions when combined with diuretics like Buchu Leaf.
Horsetail Extract

None of these ingredients has been shown to cause weight loss.

Proprietary Blend 156 mg
Dandelion Root
Green Tea is a very effective diet pill ingredient, but only when used in doses of 300 mg or more per day. Since QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse fails to list how much green tea it contains, there is no way of knowing if there is enough green tea to cause weight loss.
Guarana has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but only when combined with Damiana and Yerba Mate. Because QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse does not contain either Damiana or Yerba Mate, this QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse finds the Guarana in QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse will not cause weight loss.

So, overall, QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse does contain a few clinically proven ingredients, but it fails to list how much of each ingredient is included.

QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse Cost

QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse costs $59.99 for a 14 day supply. This is very expensive for a diet supplement, especially since there is no proof that QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse will actually work.

QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse Conclusion

This QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse review finds this product is not worth your time or money. It does contain a few proven ingredients, but the amounts of each ingredient are undisclosed. If you really want to lose weight, go with a diet pill that includes proven ingredients in the necessary amounts.

Phenphedrine is another “High Performance Weight Loss Formula” that has some good potential for effective weight loss. It uses many of the same ingredients as the popular Fenphedra diet pill, and looks to have borrowed its website design as well. This Phenphedrine review will look into the ingredients as well as the marketing to see what Phenphedrine has to offer.

Ingredients

Infinergy DiCaffeine Malate (250mg) – While DiCaffeine Malate isn’t any better or more effective than regular caffeine, caffeine has been proven to increase the metabolic rate, thus aiding in weight loss. You can read our caffeine review here or our DiCaffeine Malate review here.

Humulus Lupulus (100mg) – While I wasn’t able to find much research about this ingredient, the little that I did find suggested that Humulus Lupulus can have a calming effect. The inclusion of this ingredient is likely to offset the effects (jitters) of the stimulants in Phenphedrine.

Chocamine (50mg) – A “patent pending” cocoa extract that’s suppose to have the good benefits of chocolate without the sugar. It contains caffeine and hence, is another stimulant.

Razberri-K (50mg) – Raspberry Ketone is believed by some to help in fat buring, but evidence is lacking.

Ginger (50mg) – While there’s not much research out there on the effects of ginger on weight loss in humans, it’s believed by some to help with arthritis pain and heart disease. Don’t plan on it doing much in terms of weight loss.

Phenylethylamine (20mg) – Having been shown to increase feelings of well-being, Phenylethylamine has been called by some the “Love Drug.” It’s likely put into Phenphedrine to counteract some of effects of the stimulants.

Synephrine (20mg) – Has been proven to be an effective stimulant in weight loss. The inclusion of synephrine means that the weight loss pill will be more effective, but also that those who don’t do well with stimulants should look elsewhere.

Evodiamine (15mg) – Has been shown to contribute to weight loss.

Sclareolide (15mg)

Dimethylamylamine (15mg) – Another powerful stimulant.

Yohimbine (3mg) – Has been shown to contribute to weight loss by mobilizing fatty acid.

The ingredients in Phenphedrine are, for the most part, pretty effective ingredients. It is very stimulant heavy, so those that don’t do well with stimulants should consider something else. The ingredient profile in Phenphedrine is very similar to that of Fenphedra. Phenphedrine has added a couple of other ingredients, but not many of them are anything to shout about.

Phenphedrine’s Marketing

Blatantly put, the Phenphedrine website is almost a direct copy of the Fenphedra website. They both use the same CART vs NPY sales copy, which makes sense since they contain much of the same ingredients.

While I can’t be sure if the testimonials on the website are legitimate or not, I don’t like that the photos are obviously stock photos (seen all over the internet) and not photos of the actual person giving the testimonial.

Phenphedrine’s Price

Phenphedrine costs $69.95 per bottle. This is an average price for an effective diet pill. If it wouldn’t work, I’d say this is too much, but if Phenphedrine can deliver results (like Fenphedra), than the price is reasonable.

Lifetime Guarantee

One thing that I really like about Phenphedrine is that they offer a lifetime money back guarantee. They don’t let you return any opened bottles, but this is somewhat common in this industry.

Conclusion

The ingredients in Phenphedrine are strong. As such, this stimulant heavy diet pill is likely to help you with weight loss. Because of the stimulants, however, the diet pill won’t be for everyone. All things considered, Phephedrine gets a green light.

It is the culmination of years of intense investigation into the sciences of nutrition, thermogenesis and metabolic activation. The end result is a true weight loss product that is UNEQUALED in its ability to maximize metabolic rate, provide appetite suppressing effects, and support thyroid function” (website). This Lipoxinol review will explore the ingredients included in Lipoxinol to help you determine if this is really the product you are looking for.

Lipoxinol Ingredients

Lipoxinol contains a proprietary blend of the following:

Fiberzide

Glucommanan has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but only when taken in doses of 2-4 grams per day. It is very unlikely that Lipoxinol contains enough glucommanan to be effective in causing weight loss.

Xanthan gum is a food additive. It does not cause weight loss.

Thermazene

Green tea has been shown to contribute to weight loss when taken in doses of at least 300 mg per day. Since Lipoxinol fails to disclose how much green tea it contains, it is impossible for this Lipoxinol review to determine if there is enough green tea to be effective.

Caffeine is another clinically proven diet pill ingredient. Again, Lipoxinol diet pills hide how much caffeine they contain, so there is no way of knowing if it will be effective.

Forslean has been shown to contribute to weight loss, but since it is contained in a proprietary blend, there is no telling whether or not the amount of Forslean contained in Lipoxinol will cause weight loss.

Vinpocetine helps with age-related memory problems, but it does not contribute to weight loss.

Bioperine helps the body absorb nutrients, but it doesn’t necessarily cause weight loss.

Thyroterm

Guggulsterones are supposed to increase thyroid function to cause weight loss. Studies have not proven this, however.

Sclareolide

Kelp is used to thicken foods; it does not cause weight loss.

Lipoxinol Cost

Lipoxinol diet pills cost $34.99 for 140 capsules. If you take the recommended dosage of 8 per day, 1 bottle will last 17 days. This is extremely expensive. Lipoxinol does contain many proven ingredients, but since they do not say how much of each ingredient is included, it is impossible to predict if Lipoxinol will be effective in contributing to weight loss.

Lipoxinol Guarantee

There is no guarantee for Lipoxinol through their manufacturer, SCI-Core Research. Some websites will allow you to return products for a refund. If you decide to buy Lipoxinol, be sure you know the return policy of the site you are purchasing from because it is likely you will want to return Lipoxinol.

Lipoxinol Conclusion

This Lipoxinol review finds Lipoxinol diet pills contain many clinically proven diet pill ingredients. Unfortunately, they fail to list how much of each ingredient is included (likely because they include very little of each ingredient). We recommend you look for a product that contains these products (plus synephrine) in proven amounts.
