Speed V2 is a diet pill that “gives an amazing thermogenic boost in and out of the gym” (website). This Speed V2 review details the ingredients in Speed V2 and reveals the truth about Speed V2–there is no proof that Speed V2 diet pills work and the manufacturer doesn’t stand behind this product to offer customers a guarantee.

Speed V2 Ingredients

Speed Complex 721 mg
Phenylethylamine is a mood enhancing ingredient. It does not cause weight loss.
Theobromine is used as a diuretic; it does not contribute to weight loss.
Evodia Fruit has been shown to cause weight loss in mice, but no human research has been done.
Quercetin
Cissus Quadrangularis has been shown to contribute to weight loss when combined with other ingredients, but it has not been studied on its own.
Bitter Orange (standardized for Synephrine) Synephrine is a clinically proven diet pill ingredient. However, when looking at Synephrine, the important thing to note is the concentration–the higher the better. Since Speed 2 fails to list the concentration of Synephrine it contains, there is no way for this Speed V2 Review to determine if the Bitter Orange/Synephrine in Speed V2 diet pills is enough to contribute to weight loss.
Geranium Oil Extract
Piperine allows the body to absorb more nutrients. However, there is no research to prove that Piperine actually contributes to weight loss (although there is no research showing the opposite, either.
B12 is important to a healthy lifestyle, but it does not cause weight loss.
You will notice Speed V2 diet pills contain only ONE proven diet pill ingredient (Bitter Orange/Synephrine), and there is no way of knowing the concentration included in Speed V2.

Speed V2 Price

You can find Speed V2 diet pills online for as little as $26.99 for 90 capsules. If you take the recommended 3 capsules per day, one bottle will last about a month. Although this is about average for a diet pill, there is no proof that Speed V2 actually works, so any amount is too much to pay for Speed V2.

Speed V2 Guarantee

There is NO manufacturer’s guarantee for Speed V2. The Speed V2 website says the following:

“This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.” Why would anyone want to buy a product that the manufacturer doesn’t have enough faith to back up? Don’t bother with Speed V2; it’s not worth your time or money.

Speed V2 Affiliate Program

Speed V2 has an “Affiliate Program”. That is a fancy way of saying it is multi-level marketing (a pyramid scheme). In other words, if you get other people to sign up to buy Speed V2 you get commission. Any company that has to use these practices should be questioned. There is no reason to believe Speed V2 will cause weight loss, so why would you con people into buying it?

Speed V2 Conclusion

This Speed V2 review finds there is no reason to even think about buying Speed V2. There is no reason to believe it will actually cause weight loss, so don’t waste your money on it.

This JetFuel review will dissect the ingredients in JetFuel as well as examine the cost and marketing strategies associated with JetFuel to help you determine if this is the diet pill for you.

JetFuel Ingredients

Vitamin B3 (25 mg) is important to overall health, but it does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin B12 (333mcg) has healthy benefits but does not cause weight loss.

JetFuel Proprietary Blend 2164 mg

MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides)

Guarana has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but ONLY when combined with Damiana and Yerba Mate. JetFuel does not contain Damiana or Yerba Mate. Thus, this JetFuel review finds the Guarana contained in JetFuel diet pills will not be effective at causing weight loss.

Caffeine Anhydrous has been shown to contribute to weight loss. However, JetFuel fails to disclose how much caffeine it contains, making it impossible to determine if there is enough caffeine in JetFuel to make it effective.

Panex Quiquefolium

Green tea contributes to weight loss, but once again JetFuel hides the amount of green tea it contains.

Synephrine has been shown to contribute to weight loss. The most important thing with synephrine is the concentration–the higher the concentration the more effective it is. JetFuel diet pills do not list the concentration of synephrine contained.

Yohimbine contributes to weight loss by mobilizing fatty acid. JetFuel does not disclose how much Yohimbine it contains.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is supposed to break down fats, but there is no evidence to back up this claim.

Evodiamine has been shown to cause weight loss in mice, but no human studies have been done.

Hoodia Gordonii Extract DOES NOT cause weight loss. Don’t be fooled by the false claims and celebrity endorsements; research has shown hoodia does not contribute to weight loss.

Synthetic Guggelsterone is supposed to increase thyroid function, causing weight loss. However, studies have shown varying results.

Octopamine is a popular diet pill ingredient, but it does not cause weight loss.

5 HTP is a mood enhancer, but it has not been shown to directly contribute to weight loss.

cAMP

Rhodiola Rosea is supposed to make you feel good; it does not contribute to weight loss.

Cortisol Blocker Blend 75 mg

Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylcholine

Phosphatidylethanolamine

Magnolia Bark

L-Theanine is supposed to reduce stress, but it has not been shown to contribute to weight loss.

Piperine Extract (Bioperine) 5 mg aids in the absorption of nutrients, but it has not been shown to directly contribute to weight loss.

JetFuel Cost

JetFuel diet pills cost $37.95 for 120 capsules. If you take the recommended 6 capsules per day, one bottle will last 20 days. This is quite expensive for a diet pill. While JetFuel does contain several proven ingredients, it fails to list how much of each ingredient is included.

JetFuel does offer a “free sample.” However, it includes only 3 capsules (half a day’s worth). How can you tell anything with such a small amount?

JetFuel Guarantee

The JetFuel website says nothing about a guarantee so I called their customer service line. The representative I talked to was not knowledgeable. He could not tell me exactly what their guarantee is. According to the representative, they will refund your money if you buy JetFuel from their website. He did not tell me if there is a time limit on the guarantee.

JetFuel Marketing

JetFuel has a new spokesman, Jose Canseco. I had to laugh when I saw his face on their website. What reputable company would use Jose Canseco as a spokesman after all the trouble he has been in?

The JetFuel website has dozens of pictures of people with bulging muscles who have supposedly used JetFuel diet pills. Under the pictures is the caption “results are not typical”. Why don’t they have pictures of typical results so you know what to expect?

JetFuel Conclusion

This JetFuel review finds JetFuel diet pills are nothing special. They do contain several proven ingredients, but they hide how much of each ingredient is included. We recommend you look for a diet pill that includes proven ingredients in proven amounts.

Hot-Rox Extreme is a fat burning diet pill. According to their website, “We’ve one-upped previous versions of HOT-ROX — and once again, blown away the competition “. This Hot-Rox Extreme review will explore the validity of these claims and show what, if anything makes this product different from the competition.

Hot-Rox Extreme Ingredients

Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 1 Capsule Servings Per Container: 110

Amount Per Serving %DV*

HOT-ROX Extreme™ Formula 500 mg *
A7-E™ Super-Thermogenic Gel™ XXX500 [lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, p-methylcarbonylethylphenol, 3,17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate, Carbolin™ 19 (forskolin 1,9-carbonate), piperine, yohimbine HCl], caffeine

*Daily Value not established

Other Ingredients: lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, gelatin, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6, titanium dioxide.

A7-E is an ingredient found only in Hot-Rox Extreme diet pills. The Hot-Rox website says the following about A7-E

“A7-E is the longest acting and most effective fat-burning compound known to science. We’ve tested and tested and tested it. We know A7-E works and we know it keeps on working, day and night, 24/7. Simply put, A7-E is the master key that unlocks your thermogenic blast-furnace:

A7-E increases (thermogenic) malic enzyme, which produces oxaloacetate – the rate-limiting fuel of fat metabolism.

A7-E stimulates mitochondrial uncoupling, an extremely thermogenic process that’s fueled by fat metabolism.

A7-E increases thyroid-hormone levels (T3), the body’s thermogenic backbone.”

Too bad they give no information on the findings of their “tests”. This Hot-Rox Extreme review has no way to rate A7-E because Hot-Rox Extreme does not provide enough information about this ingredient, nor do they disclose exactly how much A7-E is contained in the formula. This smells like a sham.

One study on coleus forshkohli (Forskolin) found:

“Oral ingestion of forskolin (250 mg of 10% forskolin extract twice a day) for a 12-week period was shown to favorably alter body composition while concurrently increasing bone mass and serum free testosterone levels in overweight and obese men. The results indicate that forskolin is a possible therapeutic agent for the management and treatment of obesity.”

Since the amount of Forksolin in Hot-Rox Extreme is not disclosed it’s difficult to know if you’re getting the 25mg of forskolin that the study suggests.

Piperine is called a “thermonutrient” because it “enhances the body’s natural thermogenic activity.” I don’t know if the ability to absorb more nutrients will directly translate into lost weight, but the added health benefits of Piperine should not be overlooked.

Yohimbine comes from the bark of an African evergreen tree. It has been shown to increase fatty acid mobilization. It is also used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Caffeine is a clinically proven ingredient which increases metabolism. However, Hot-Rox Extreme does not tell you how much caffeine they have included. Thus, it is impossible to know if there is enough caffeine included to be effective.

Hot-Rox Extreme Side Effects

The side effects of Hot-Rox Extreme diet pills include rash, hot flashes, and headaches.

Hot-Rox Extreme Cost

One bottle of 110 capsules of Hot-Rox Extreme diet pills will cost you $69.99 ($39.99 online). At the maximum recommended dose of 4 capsules per day, one bottle will last about 27 days.

Hot-Rox Extreme Conclusion

This Hot-Rox Extreme review sees Hot-Rox Extreme diet pills as being very similar to many other diet pills. They include some proven ingredients, but they hide how much of each ingredient they have included. They do not give enough information on their main ingredient, A7-E. We recommend looking for a diet pill with proven amounts of proven ingredients.
