This Nuphedra review will detail the ingredients in Nuphedra and help you determine if Nuphedra is the product for you.

Nuphedra Ingredients

Serving size 2 capsules
Vitamin C 30 mg
Vitamin E 15 mg
Chromium Polynicotinate (300 mcg) has shown varying results in clinical trials.
Vitamin B12 100 mcg
Niacin 20 mg
Vitamin B6 25 mg
Green tea (250 mg) has been proven to contribute to weight loss when taken in doses of 300 mg or more per day. Therefore, if you take the recommended 4-6 capsules per day, you will be getting plenty of green tea to cause weight loss.
Oolong tea (150 mg) does contain caffeine, which has been shown to contribute to weight loss.
Phenylethylamine (50 mg) is a feel good ingredient; it has not been proven to contribute to weight loss.
Cayenne 100 mg
Razberri-K (75 mg) is also known as raspberry ketones. It has been shown to contribute to weight loss in mice, but more human research is needed.
Thermodiamine (Evodiamine) (10 mg) has been proven to cause weight loss in rodents, but more human research is needed.
Lipolide-SC (10 mg) increases fat burning capabilities.
Yohimbine (2 mg) has been shown to contribute to weight loss.
Green Coffee Bean Extract (50 mg) has been shown to inhibit weight gain, but only in mice. Again, more human research is needed.
Ginger 100 mg
Synephrine (20 mg) is a great diet pill ingredient. However, the important thing to note is the concentration of synephrine contained–the higher the better. Unfortunately, Nuphedra fails to list the concentration of synephrine it contains. Therefore, it is impossible for this Nuphedra review to determine if the concentration of synephrine of contained is enough to cause weight loss.
Bioperine (5 mg) helps the body absorb more nutrients. There is no evidence that it directly contributes to weight loss.
Vinpocetine (2.5 mg) has not been proven to contribute to weight loss.
Dandelion 300 mg
Uva Ursi (150 mg) is used to treat bladder infections and arthritis; it does not cause weight loss.

Nuphedra Cost

Nuphedra diet pills cost $61.95 for a 30 day supply. This Nuphedra review finds Nuphedra is on the expensive side compared to other diet pills. Nuphedra does contain some great diet pill ingredients, but you can find a diet pill that is just as effective while costing you a lot less.

Nuphedra Guarantee

Is there a guarantee on Nuphedra diet pills? Well, the Nuphedra website is currently not working and you can’t order directly from the manufacturer at this point. Some retailers offer their own guarantee on products they sell. Be sure to check with the individual retailer to know if there is a guarantee.

Nuphedra Conclusion

This Nuphedra review finds Nuphedra contains some excellent diet pill ingredients in the necessary amounts. The only downfall to Nuphedra is the price. Nephedra should be effective in helping with weight loss. Can you find cheaper alternatives? Probably.

Hoodialyte is “the silver bullet that gives you the edge to make it through the whole day of dieting” (website). This Hoodialyte review will explore the ingredients contained in Hoodialyte as well as discuss the cost in order to help you decide if this is the right product for you.

Hoodialyte Ingredients

Vitamin C (1 mg) is important to good health, but it does not cause weight loss.
Sodium (2mg) does not cause weight loss.
Energy Blend 1750 mg
L-Carnitine has not proven to significantly contribute to weight loss.
L-Tyrosine has been proven to contribute to weight loss when included in doses of 500 to 1500 mg per day. Since Hoodialyte fails to list how much Tyrosine it contains, this Hoodialyte review is unable to determine if the amount of Tyrosine contained in Hoodialyte is enough to contribute to weight loss.
Malic Acid has not been proven an effective diet pill ingredient.
Hoodia Pure Extract (400 mg) is merely hype. There is NO scientific evidence to prove that hoodia actually contributes to weight loss.
Green Tea (150 mg) is a proven diet pill ingredient. When taken in doses of 300 mg per day, green tea does cause weight loss.
Pomegranate Fruit (80 mg) is an excellent antioxidant; it does not cause weight loss.
Acai Fruit (75 mg) is another hyped-up diet pill ingredient. Although acai does contain antioxidants, it does not cause weight loss.
Oolong Tea (75 mg) contains caffeine, which has been proven to contribute to weight loss.
Yohimbine Bark (15 mg) .

Hoodialyte Cost

Hoodialyte costs $11.99 for 6 bottles (there is a discount for buying in bulk). If you follow the recommended dosage of 3 bottles per day (one before each meal), Hoodialyte will cost you nearly $200 per month. This Hoodialyte review finds this is far too expensive for this product. While Hoodialyte does contain some effective ingredients, you can get a diet pill with the same ingredients for much less money.

Hoodialyte Website

The Hoodialyte website contains some interesting (and amusing) statements. They claim, “Extreme weight loss may occur. Remember to eat every day” (website).

If you are looking for some cash and prizes, enter the Hoodialyte Challenge. Just send your Before and After photos from using Hoodialyte. One male and one female will win a tropical vacation plus $1000 cash. It seems a little strange. How can they verify it is really you in the photos and that you haven’t just doctored the photos (or that you actually took Hoodialyte in the first place).

Hoodialyte Conclusion

The real question is whether or not Hoodialyte will cause weight loss. The answer: it probably will. However, this Hoodialyte review finds Hoodialyte is way too expensive. You can get the same weight loss results from several other diet pills that cost far less.

We found there is no reason why SlimQuick Night is just for women. Also, we were unimpressed with the lack of honesty about the amount of each ingredient included in SlimQuick Night diet pills. SlimQuick Night just doesn’t cut it.

SlimQuick Night Ingredients

Hoodia Gordonii, despite what numerous diet pill companies claim, DOES NOT contribute to weight loss.

Caffeine-Free Green Tea will do nothing for weight loss. Caffeine has been shown to be effective in causing weight loss, but only because of the caffeine it contains.

Glucomannan is a dietary fiber, leaving the user feeling full and leading to weight loss. Studies have found that for Glucomannan to be effective, you have to take 2-4 grams of it per day. This SlimQuick Night review finds it is extremely unlikely that SlimQuick Night diet pills contain enough Glucomannan to cause weight loss.

Banaba Extract lowers blood sugar levels, often leading to weight loss. Unfortunately, SlimQuick Night hides how much Banaba it contains, making it impossible to determine if there is enough Banaba to cause weight loss.

Oolong Tea increases metabolism, leading to weight loss. Again, SlimQuick Night fails to disclose the amount of Oolong Tea it contains.

White Tea contains antioxidants, but it has NOT been proven to cause weight loss.

There is no reason that SlimQuick Night should be just for women. The ingredients in SlimQuick Night are included in numerous diet pills that are not specifically for women. Also, we don’t see why this is supposed to be taken at night. The green tea included in SlimQuick Night is caffeine free, but the Oolong tea does contain caffeine.

SlimQuick Night Cost

SlimQuick Night diet pills cost $27.99 for a one month supply. This is not especially expensive for a diet pill, but since SlimQuick Night does not list how much of each ingredient is included, any amount is too much to pay for SlimQuick Night. Spend your money on a diet pill that is honest about what it contains–one that contains proven ingredients in the necessary amounts.

SlimQuick Night Refund Policy

SLIMQUICK Night does have a return policy. However, the product must be ordered directly from SLIMQUICK LABORATORIES to be eligible for a refund. Returns also must be sent in within 45 days of purchase. We would prefer a 90 day window for refunds. Be sure if you use SlimQuick Night you will use the refund policy.

SlimQuick Conclusion

This SlimQuick review finds this is a mediocre product at best. It contains a few proven ingredients but fails to disclose how much of each is included. There is no reason that SlimQuick Night should be just for women and we can’t see why it is supposed to be used at night. This product will only leave you disappointed. Don’t bother with it.

This Slimage review will specifically focus on the weight loss potential of Slimage, revealing the truth behind the ingredients contained in Slimage, to give you a better idea of what you can expect from Slimage diet pills.

Slimage Ingredients

Vitamin A (5000 IU) is important to health, but it does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin C (240 mg) has healthy benefits but does not cause weight loss.

Vitamin E (30 IU) is also important to health, but there is nothing to suggest it contributes to weight loss.

Biotin (Vitamin B7) (1250 mcg) provides necessary nutrients, but it does not cause weight loss.

Weight Loss Complex 611 mg

Green tea has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but only taken used in doses of 300 mg or more daily. With a total of 611 mg in the Weight Loss Complex, it is extremely unlikely that Slimage diet pills contain enough green tea to contribute to weight loss.

Caffeine also contributes to weight loss. Once again, Slimage hides how much caffeine it contains, making it impossible for this Slimage review to determine if there is enough caffeine to cause weight loss.

Oolong tea has been shown to increase metabolism (probably due to the caffeine it contains). There is no listing of how much Oolong tea Slimage contains.

White tea

Lagerstroemia Speciosa is also known as banaba; it has been shown to cause weight loss. Unfortunately, Slimage does not say how much Lagerstroemia Speciosa it contains.

Pure South African Hoodia does nothing for weight loss. Don’t be swayed by the sensational claims from diet pill companies or the endorsements from celebrities; the science just doesn’t support hoodia as a valid weight loss ingredient.

Slimaluma contains Caralluma Fimbriata Extract, which is supposedly an appetite suppressant. More research is needed on Caralluma Fimbriata.

Age-defying Complex 484 mg

Vitamin C

Bilberry

Vitamin E

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is needed to produce energy. However, your body makes plenty of ALA; you do not need to supplement with it.

Collagen is supposed to leave skin looking younger; despite what some diet pill companies claim, collagen has no effect on weight loss.

Silica can actually cause skin to dry out.

Grape seed

Lycopene

Lingonberry

Coenzyme Q10 is included in many beauty products; it does not cause weight loss.

Vitamin A

Biotin

You will notice Slimage does contain several clinically proven ingredients. However, they hide how much of each ingredient is included (likely because there are only trace amounts of each ingredient). Don’t waste your time on this product; it will not cause weight loss.

Slimage Cost

Slimage diet pills cost $29.99 for 120 caplets. If you take the recommended 4 caplets per day, one bottle will last about a month. This is relatively inexpensive for a diet pill. However, there is no reason to believe Slimage will actually give you weight loss results, so any amount is too much to pay for Slimage.

Slimage Guarantee

Slimage is made by NX labs. NX Labs does give refunds for some of their other products, but their website doesn’t mention anything about a guarantee for Slimage (which means there probably isn’t one). We have learned that companies who are unwilling to back up their product often have something to hide.

Slimage Conclusion

This Slimage review finds that Slimage will do nothing for your weight loss efforts. While it does contain several proven ingredients, it fails to mention how much of each ingredient is included, making it impossible to determine how effective it will be at causing weight loss. Look for a diet pill that contains clinically proven ingredients in the necessary amounts; you will be glad you did.

Green tea is a clinically proven diet pill ingredient. However, Tetrazene Extreme fails to disclose how much green tea it contains, making it impossible for this Tetrazene Extreme review to determine if there is enough green tea in Tetrazene Extreme to make it effective.

Caffeine is another ingredient which has been clinically proven to contribute to weight loss. Caffeine is included in a proprietary blend, so the actual amount of caffeine in Tetrazene Extreme remains unknown to consumers.

Mucuna pruriens is supposed to be a “feel-good” ingredient; it does not contribute to weight loss.

Raspberry ketones have been proven to contribute to weight loss in mice, but more human research is needed.

Oolong tea has been shown to increase metabolism, leading to weight loss. Again, the amount of oolong tea in Tetrazene Extreme is not revealed.

Green coffee has proven to inhibit weight gain in mice, but no research has been done on humans.

Vinpocetine is used to help with age-related memory problems; there is no evidence that vinpocetine contributes to weight loss.

Huperzine A is used to treat Alzheimer’s and epilepsy. It does not contribute to weight loss.

Tetrazene Extreme diet pills do contain some clinically proven ingredients. Unfortunately, Tetrazene Extreme hides how much of each ingredient is included. This is very common among diet pill companies and usually happens because they don’t want you to know how little of the proven ingredients are actually included.

Tetrazene Extreme Cost

Tetrazene Extreme diet pills cost $25.95 for 120 capsules. If you take the recommended 4 capsules per day, one bottle will last about a month. This is quite inexpensive for a diet pill, but since there is no evidence that Tetrazene Extreme actually works, this is $25.95 too much.

Tetrazene Extreme Guarantee

Tetrazene Extreme does have a guarantee. In order to get your money back, you have to contact BioQuest (Tetrazene Extreme manufacturer) to get a “Return Authorization number”. Then you have to return the product within 14 business days. They have a lot of hoops to jump through to get a refund.

Tetrazene Extreme Conclusion

This Tetrazene Extreme review finds that Tetrazene Extreme is like dozens of other diet pills out there. They contain proven ingredients but do not say how much of each ingredient is included, making it impossible to know how effective the product will be. Don’t bother with Tetrazene Extreme. Instead, look for a diet pill that includes proven ingredients in proven amounts.

Accelis is “a revolutionary stimulant-free weight-loss supplement that can help you lose an average of 10.65 pounds fast.” (website) (10.65 — are you sure it’s not 10.73? read: sarcasm) This Accelis review will examine the ingredients in Accelis and let you know what you might expect from Accelis diet pills.

Accelis Supplement Facts

Accelis Weight-Loss Proprietary Blend – 30mg

Lagerstroemia speciosa l. extract (leaf) standardized for 3 percent corosolic acid*, Caffeine-free green tea extract (as Camellia sinensis) (leaf) Supplying polyphenols, catechins, epigallocatechin gallate*, Caffeine-free oolong tea extract (as Camellia sinensis) (leaf) standardized for 15 percent EGCG, 25 percent catechins, 50 percent polyphenols*, Caffeine-free white tea extract (as Camellia sinensis) (leaf) Standardized for 15 percent EGCG, 35 percent catechins 50 percent polyphenols*, Chamomile extract (as Matricaria recutita) (flower) Supplying 1.2 percent apigenin*, Passionflower extract (as Passiflora incarnata) (aerial parts) Supplying 3.5 percent flavonoids*, Soy phospholipids Supplying 23 percent phosphatidyl ethanolamine (NOPE)*

Lagerstroemia speciosa (also known as “Banaba”): standardized for corosolic acid. Banaba has been shown to lower blood glucose levels, providing benefit to overweight obese individuals. Unfortunately, Accelis includes Lagerstroemia speciosa in a “proprietary blend.” In other words, they don’t want you to know how little of this ingredient is included in the formula. This makes it impossible to know if the amount of Lagerstroemia speciosa in Accelis diet pills will be effective.

Green tea is a tried and proven weight loss ingredient which increases metabolic function. However, this is due to the caffeine in green tea, so the caffeine-free green tea in Accelis diet pills is not effective in weight loss.

Oolong tea has been shown to increase metabolism. (source: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/13678386?dopt=AbstractPlus. However, this is most likely due to the caffeine contained in Oolong tea. Thus, this Accelis review finds the caffeine free Oolong tea in Accelis is ineffective.

The big take-away from that lengthy list of confusing ingredients? We’re mainly talking about tea here, they’re just using very long explanations to explain what’s in it, and the proprietary blend is an extremely small 30 mg! Bear in mind, the two pills we recommend (Thermodrenix and PatentTrim provide 1,000 mg of Green Tea along. Even subpar diet pills will include 50 to 150 mg…) — this is unbelievably ridiculous.

Accelis and their Clinical study

The Accelis website says there is a clinical study to back up their claims. They do not mention that the study was done on Lagerstroemia speciosa alone, not on Accelis. Since they do not disclose how much Lagerstroemia speciosa the Accelis formula contains (be assured, it’s not a lot with a proprietary blend of only 30 mg total), there is no way to compare the study with the actual product.

Accelis Price

Accelis diet pills will cost you $22.95 for a 20 day supply (at 2 capsules per day). This is not especially expensive for a diet pill, but considering they don’t even tell you how much of each ingredient is included, it is way, way too expensive.

Accelis Side Effects

Side effects of Accelis include nausea, vomiting, bloating, diarrhea, heartburn

The following side effects should be reported to a doctor:

Loss of consciousness
Irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
Allergic reaction

Accelis Conclusion

Accelis is another diet pill that hides the amount of their ingredients. It also includes caffeine-free teas, which really have no effect on weight loss. We recommend looking for a diet pill that includes proven ingredients in proven amounts.

According to the RapidSlim website, it is “designed for women on the go who want to lose weight ultrafast! Think of RapidSlim SX as your secret weapon for accelerated weight loss.” This RapidSlim review will explore the “proprietary blends” contained in RapidSlim diet pills as well as their marketing techniques. We will tell you what you might be able to expect with this product.

What are the ingredients in RapidSlim diet pills?

The following are the ingredients in RapidSlim.

Supplement Facts Serving Size: 2 Liquid Gel Capsules
Servings Per Container: 20

Niacin 5 mg 25%

Vitamin B6 50 mg 2500%

Folic Acid 400 mcg 100%

Vitamin B12 50 mcg 833%

Selenium 60 mcg 86%

Chromium 150 mcg 125%

RapidSlim SX Thermogenic Proprietary Blend: Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Extract, Picamillon HCl, White Pepper Powder, Oolong Tea Extract, Black Tea Extract, Rooibos Tea Extract 426 mg **

RapidSlim SX Weight-Loss Proprietary Blend: Cissus Quadrangulars Extract, Soy Albumin, Hoodia Gordonii, Quercetin Dihydrate, White Willow Extract 227 mg **

RapidSlim Ingredient details

Chromium Picolinate (chromium + picolinic acid) is pushed by companies as an aid to losing weight. It is known that small quantities of chromium are “needed for glucose utilization by insulin in normal health, but deficiency is extremely rare in developed nations.”

Do you have a chromium deficiency? Probably not. However, some studies are finding that Chromium Picolinate reduces insulin resistance, thus leading to weight loss. Other studies claim to find the opposite.

See our Chromium Picolinate Review on our website for more detailed information on clinical studies and findings. Regardless of whether Chromium Picolinate does actually contribute to weight loss, there is not as much contained in RapidSlim as was used in clinical studies, so it is highly unlikely that the Chromium Picolinate in RapidSlim will bring about weight loss.

Caffeine has been shown to increase metabolic function and we support it as a diet pill ingredient. Don’t be impressed when they say caffeine anhydrous (here%u2019s why).

Green tea is one of our favorite diet pill ingredients; it has been proven to contribute to weight loss by increasing your metabolic rate.

Black tea has been shown to contribute to weight loss in combination with other ingredients, but not on its own. (source: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/patient-black_tea.html)

Wu Long tea (also known as Oolong tea) has been shown to increase metabolism. (source: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/13678386?dopt=AbstractPlus)

Rooibos tea is full of antioxidants, but does nothing for weight loss.

Cissus Quadrangularis extract has been shown to contribute to weight loss, but only when combined with other ingredients. There have been no studies done on the weight loss effects of Cissus Quadrangularis alone.

Hoodia Gordonii is an overhyped ingredient with no clinical proof that it actually contributes to weight loss.

White willow bark is an anti-inflammatory/pain reliever similar to aspirin. It may enhance the thermogenic effect and increase the body’s ability to utilize fatty acids while preserving lean muscle tissue. Further research is needed to substantiate these claims.

You will notice several of these ingredients are proven to contribute to weight loss. However, this RapidSlim review finds RapidSlim does not disclose how much of each ingredient is included in their “proprietary blend”. Companies do this because they don’t want you to know how little of the effective ingredients are included. Believe me, if they included a lot, they would show it and sell you on it.

What are the side effects of RapidSlim?

Side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, jitters, and increased bowel movements.

RapidSlim’s sketchy marketing tactics

RapidSlim is manufactured by Iovate, who also makes Cylaris and nanoSlim, among other diet pills. Iovate makes the claim that RapidSlim is the “”Fastest weight loss solution”. They make similar claims about many of their other products. They also refer to a clinical study that showed subjects who used “the key ingredient in RapidSlim” (Cissus Quadrangularis) losing more weight than those using a placebo. What they don’t tell you is Cissus Quadrangularis has never been tested on its own, only in combination with other ingredients.

They also boast “Now you can lose weight – up to 24 pounds in record time!” They never explain what “record time” is.

RapidSlim Conclusion

This RapidSlim review finds that RapidSlim diet pills are really no different from many other ineffective diet pills. They make big claims but fail to back them up. They do not disclose how much of each ingredient is included in their formula. Look for a diet pill that uses proven ingredients in proven amounts.
