Ultimate Diet Fuel is a “supreme way to boost energy, promote stamina and tone up” (website). This Ultimate Diet Fuel review will expose the truth behind Ultimate Diet Fuel to give you a better idea of what you might expect from this product.

Ultimate Diet Fuel Ingredients

Calcium 118 mg has many health benefits, but it has not been shown to contribute to weight loss.
Chromium 200 mcg contributes to weight loss, according to some studies. However, other studies have shown the opposite result.
Proprietary Herbal Extract 125 mg
baical skullcap root
black catechu bark
Green Tea 315 mg is a great diet pill ingredient. It has been proven increase metabolic rate (leading to weight loss) when used in doses of 300 mg per day.
This Ultimate Diet Fuel review finds the amount of green tea in Ultimate Diet Fuel is enough to contribute to weight loss.
Cycloburn Complex 565 mg
Cocoa Seed Extract
Caffeine has been shown to contribute to weight loss. Unfortunately, Ultimate Diet Fuel does not list exactly how much caffeine is included.
Cayenne Fruit Exract
L-Carnitine 13 mg is supposed to help break down fats. There is no clinical evidence to back this up.

The only ingredient in Ultimate Diet Fuel diet pills that is actually clinically proven to
contribute to weight loss is green tea. You might as well just buy a bottle of green tea
supplements.

Ultimate Diet Fuel Customer Service and Guarantee

Ultimate Diet Fuel is made by Twinlab. The Twinlab website contains very little information about Ultimate Diet Fuel diet pills so I emailed the Twinlab customer service and received a response within about an hour. The email actually answered my questions instead of referring me to a FAQ list. The email did give me a different website with more in-depth information about Ultimate Diet Fuel. It would have been nice if there at least been a link from the main Twinlab website.

The email clarified that Twinlab does not provide a guarantee for their products. They leave that up to those selling Ultimate Diet Fuel diet pills (Twinlab does not sell Ultimate Diet Fuel to consumers, only to distributors).

Ultimate Diet Fuel cost

You can get 60 capsules of Ultimate Diet Fuel diet pills for as low as $12.59. If you take the recommended 4 capsules per day, one bottle will last 15 days. Thus, a one month supply of Ultimate Diet Fuel will cost $25.18. This is relatively inexpensive for a diet pill. However, the only proven ingredient in Ultimate Diet Fuel is green tea. You could save yourself some money by just buying a bottle of green tea supplements.

Ultimate Diet Fuel Conclusion

This Ultimate Diet Fuel review finds Ultimate Diet Fuel is nothing out of the ordinary. The ONLY clinically proven ingredient contained in Ultimate Fuel diet pills is green tea; you might as well just buy green tea. Save yourself some trouble and buy a diet pill that contains ingredient amounts that have been confirmed in clinical studies.

Herbalean FX is “a multi-pathway fat loss agonist designed to support body fat loss, increase lean muscle mass, and increase energy levels without the use of ephedrine based ingredients” (website).
This Herbalean FX review will explore the ingredients contained in Herbalean FX as well as the marketing strategies behind this product.

Herbalean FX Ingredients

Proprietary HerbaLean Fx™ Blend	1450mg	*
Advantra Z® Bitter Orange Extract
Green Tea Extract
South African Hoodia
Seromine™ (Proprietary Cocoa Extract Standardized For PEA [Phenylethylamine], Tyramine, Theobromine And Caffeine)
Neuroplex™ (Proprietary Blend Of L-Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Tyrosine),
Isoplex™ (Proprietary Blend Of 3,3′,4′,5-7 Pentahydroxy-Flavone And 3,3′,4′,7-Tetrahydroxyflavone).
HerbaLean Fx™ Potentiator Blend	130mg	*
Baical Skullcap Root And Black Catechu Bark
Black Pepper Fruit Extract

Naringin

Advantra Z is made of Synephrine, which has been shown to contribute to weight loss. Unfortunately, Herbalean FX includes Advantra Z in a proprietary blend, so there is no way for this Herbalean FX review to determine if there is enough Advantra Z in Herbalean FX diet pills to be effective.

Green tea has been proven to increase metabolic rate, leading to weight loss. Again, Herbalean FX fails to disclose how much green tea it contains.

Hoodia, despite popular belief, has NOT been proven to contribute to weight loss. Do not be fooled by the gimmicky claims about hoodia; it won’t do anything for you.

PEA (Phenylethylamine) is often called “The Love Drug”. However, it is metabolized very quickly, so it may not actually have any effect. More human research is needed.

Tyrosine is an amino acid used to synthesize proteins. It is found in many dairy products. Research has shown Tyrosine contributes to weight loss. However, Tyrosine must be taken at 500 to 1500 mg per day to be effective. Herbalean FX does not disclose how much Tyrosine is contained in the proprietary blend. It is unlikely that there is enough Tyrosine in Herbalean FX to be effective.

Herbalean FX Cost

Herbalean FX diet pills cost $23.99 for 120 capsules (this was the least expensive price we found online by far). If you take the maximum recommended dosage of 4 capsules per day, one bottle will last one month. This is relatively inexpensive for a diet pill, but since Herbalean FX fails to disclose how much of each ingredient is included, it is impossible to know if Herbalean FX will be effective. Thus, any price for Herbalean FX would be too expensive.

Herbalean FX Marketing

The Herbalean FX website shows pictures of “Kaizen Sponsored Athletes” (Kaizen is the manufacturer of Herbalean FX). They do not explain who these people are–if they took Herbalean FX or why they are featured on the website. Most of the “sponsored athletes” look like bodybuilders. Like so many other diet pill companies, Kaizen uses unbelievable photos and testimonials to sell Herbalean FX diet pills.

Herbalean FX Conclusion

This Herbalean FX review finds Herbalean FX does contain several clinically proven diet pill ingredients. However, they fail to disclose how much of each ingredient is included. Thus, it is impossible for this Herbalean FX review to determine how effective this product will be. Don’t make the gamble; use a product that you can be confident will work. Look at our recommended products to find a diet pill that will work for you.
