I have never been extremely over weight...about 25 pounds since high school. I've had two children (now teenagers) and am in my mid forties. I've taken several "quick fixes" over the years because I hate to exercise and diet. I'm not in bad health or anything like that, just needed to fit and feel better in my clothes. I started Solo Slim one week before Thanksgiving 2008. Ate what I wanted at Thanksgiving dinner...got full half way through my plate. It's almost like having your stomach stapled. Now it is April 19, 2009. Five months later, I have lost 24 pounds. It first came off very fast...then towards the third month it slowed down some. But I continue to lose about a pound per week. Everyone says I should stop at this point. I haven't heard that in a long time. People are worried that I am TOO thin. :)
I am 5'7" and weighed 154 when began taking Solo Slim. This is not a bad weight for many women who are this height. I, however, are very small framed (boned) and ten pounds really shows on me. So now I am at a very healthy and energetic 130 pounds. My clothes look great. Went down 3 sizes. I have searched on lots of websites for bad press...thinking this must be too good to be true. But, so far....it's just good.

Solo Slim is really working for me. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and am down 11 lbs so far. My husband is also on it and has lost about 13 lbs. It really suppresses the appetite and I honestly do not crave sweets and junk food. I find myself wanting to eat well. When you are spending that much money on it each month you don't want to put it all to waste. People ask, "well what happens when you stop taking it. Do you gain the weight right back?" I have not stopped taking it yet so I don't know but I'm hoping that I will be in the routine and habit of eating healthier and eating less and am able to keep the weight off. I'm not exercising more than before and I'm still losing. I know about 4 other people who have lost weight from this as well. I'm recommending it to everyone I know. Like the previous poster said, I am willing to spend money on it each month if it continues working for me. I'm spending less on food, therefore, I can spend that money on the pill.

I am one of the people who actually lost weight on SoloSlim-37-39 lbs. I started 4-08 and by 11-08 I had lost 39.6 lbs. Since then I have put back on 3lbs . However I have come from a size 14 to a size 4 and some 2's. If I have to take these pills the rest of my life I will, just add the cost to my montly body maintaince. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Thank you, Carole Hastings
