i did not like this product. when ordering i was not told it was a capsule, i can't swallow caps. i called and called and called but couldn't get through. i finally sent an email and 4 weeks later (after 2-3 emails) i finally got an answer saying it was safe to open the caps and take them with food. I tried that, it burned so bad going down. and the aweful taste in my mouth did not go away for hours. i contacted the site again and low and behold-NO REPLY-maybe it was because i was asking for my $75 dollars back and they don't want to give it to me. Take my advise-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID-YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK EVEN WITH THE 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (liars there's no money back here)

I've been taking this for a week.

Some thoughts:

Noticed an increase of energy during the first 3 days, then it stopped working. I wonder if all the caffeinated diet pills are like that, if your body gets used to the caffeine, it stops working, or needs more caffeine to affect you the same way. I actually started drinking coffee again to wake up in the morning, even though the first few days I didn't want to mix coffee with the pills just to see how it will affect me.

Second thing is there is some heartburn, similar to the the heartburn or stomach upset you can get if you drink an energy drink or two on an empty stomach in the morning. Cold water soothes it, until its time to eat. Its not bad, and would be worth it if the pill works for you.

About the weight loss component, I've been taking the pills along with eating better, actually exercising (cardio and weights 2/week) and drinking more water. I've only lost 3lbs in my first week and I think that its water weight. Will let you know: if I plateau in the second week, then its water weight, but If I keep losing consistently, then maybe the pills are having an effect. Will update when I find out for sure.

How come lipofuze is only required to eat during breakfast and lunch, what about dinner? Isn't it more efficient to eat it during dinner too, since we usually dont exercise at night and sleep right after?
