Used it, 5 bottles worth. Great energy booster and appetite suppressant. Says not to take a dose within 5 hrs of bedtime...I am not very sensitive to caffeine, but I HIGHLY recommend you don't take it within 8 hours of bedtime, I would take it around 4pm for evening energy (6 hrs from my bedtime) and seemed to be wide-eyed until midnight-2am. And like I said, I'm not usually sensitive to caffeine. Maybe it's whatever else is in it.

I lost 17 lbs in 4 mo (w/o formal exercise)....BUT, 14 of that was BEFORE I took the pills, just from eating smart and being disciplined. (* Read my comment under "Apidexin" here on this site for details on my diet weight loss) The pills perhaps helped with the other 3...but they helped IMMENSELY with appetite suppressant and energy like I mentioned, much easier than the few weeks when I dieted cold turkey. And it's much less expensive than the other 1st & 2nd place pills. Problem is, you have to pop 3 pills per dose, twice a day--some of the others only say 1 pill.
All in all, I've gone down one belt notch, and can now wear those shirts that were just too skin tight before. I haven't loss a ton, but it's a good jump. We'll see if my current pill, Apidexin, helps with any more. If not, I will buy Lipocut Hardcore again for sure.
