Charity,
Thanks for your comment. I imagine that you understand this, but I wanted to make it clear that this website (Criticalorie.com) is not the Healthe Trim website. Some of the verbiage made it sound like that (maybe you copied your email to Healthe Trim?). It's unfortunate that the product didn't work for you. According to this review, it likely won't work for many others either.

My story is rather long.

My weight has been a constant battle for the last 6 years. I started with Quick Weightloss Center here in Houston. They taught me to rethink about what I eat. I lost 15 pounds and a few inches with them in 6 months. After maintaining my weight and size of 165 for 5 months I sought the help of a doctor because my metabolism was not working at all. After I ran through 2-2 month plans with them and lost an additional 28 pounds and several more inches, I began to worry that my appetite would go back to what it was. Hearing nothing but wonderful reviews of your product on a local radio station I thought it couldn’t hurt. I thought it would help me get the last few pounds and inches off and help keep the hunger down. Little did I know...

I ordered the product, received it and took as directed with 1 pill in the morning, not eating for 3 hours and drinking nothing but water. I drink the recommended water intake daily as well as eat protein, fruits and veggies, and very few carbs. No caffeine and no alcohol. I exercise for 40-60 minutes a day doing cardio and resistance training. Your product has been of absolutely no help to me. In fact it has made things worse. I'm not hungry as promised but I have gained 10 pounds and 1/2 an inch since starting your product.

10 POUNDS...... That’s a lot of weight in a week for someone who is trying to lose weight not gain it. I had only 5-7 more pounds to reach my goal and Healthe' Trim ruined that for me. I now have 15-17 pounds I have to try and get off.

Well the product says I can get my money back if I am not happy/ That only if you can reach them. Shortly before tiem would ahve been up for my bottle I received an email from the site saying it was time to reorder and a unsubscribe link at the bottom. I filled in my story as to why I didn't want the product and got a mail demon message back. The email address they provided did not work. So I go to the website directly. I sent a second email explaining ALL of the above mentioned issues including the maildemon email and to remove my name from their list because I will not order another product from them and I will not recommend them to anyone. THIS PRODUCT IS A JOKE!!!!

I never received a response and got another email weeks later to order more. Hell no.

I understand my results may not be typical but come on people stand by your word and return peoples money. And this should be noted somewhere because obviously I had a counter effect to it and others could too.

Tina,
For anyone that has a health issue, I'd recommend consulting a physician for professional advice. Healthe Trim is likely not the way to go (if for no other reason, the fact that it contains HCA - an ingredient being questioned for possible negative side effects on the liver).

Arelette,
A good, healthy diet in conjunction with a good exercise program is almost always the best way to lose weight or to maintain a certain weight once you've lost it.

I have Crohns Disease and I am overweight because the foods that settle my stomach seem to be mostly carbohydrates; I exercise every other day. I was considering taking Healthe Trim since it has Resveratrol; what would you recommend?
