Niacin (20 mg) does not contribute to weight loss.

Proprietary Thermogenic Blend (238.34 mg)

Caffeine Anhydrous is dehydrated caffeine; it has the same effects. Caffeine has been proven to contribute to weight loss. Thus, any amount is too much to pay for GNC X-12.
