I am in the midst of a battle with this company as I could not see their “negative billing” policy when I purchased my sample bottle.I didn’t like the product, but also didn’t know that I had to return it within 14 days.I now have several charges on my VISA which I am fighting and hope to win.
Even if what they are doing is not illegal,it certainly is unethical.I would never deal with them again.

Not only is it a scam, they sign you up for other scams as well. I called AS SOON as I got my free trial. They canceled the account. Little did I know, they did not cancel everything. I looked today and have been billed for 4 months @29.95 for some stupid thing called Fit-Factory! They never emailed me or let me know I had this “online membership”. I called them today and they “said” they would refund the money. I have a feeling they won’t. Someone needs to stop them!!!!!
