According to their website, 1Slim1 contains the following ingredients:

Pyruvate
L-Carnitine
Aspartic Acid
Biotin
Chromium Picolinate

Garcinia Cambogia contains Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), which has been proven to contribute to weight loss. Unfortunately, 1Slim1 fails to list how much Garcinia Cambogia it contains.

Pyruvate has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but only when taken in EXTREMELY high amounts (studies have shown you have to take 36 grams per day to cause weight loss). Therefore, to get enough Pyruvate to cause weight loss you would have to take dozens of 1Slim1 pills each day. DO NOT take more than the recommended dosage of 1Slim1.

Although diet pill companies make bold claims about L-Carnitine, there is NO scientific evidence proving it actually contributes to weight loss.

Biotin is simply another name for Vitamin B7; there is no reason to believe Biotin will actually contribute to weight loss.

Studies have shown conflicting results on the effects of Chromium Picolinate on weight loss. In addition, chances are your body makes plenty of Chromium Picolinate, and supplementing with it will not have any effect.
