I even tried cutting the amount I took in half and it did absolutely nothing for me then either. I strongly recommend people tr y something else. So I took it for about 4wks I did not have "happy" feelings or more energy, it did however give me a rash for about 20min after I took it. Every single time, but like i said i wanted to make sure that it wasn't something else that was causing it so I kept taking it. Drank it w/plenty of water n followed the directions to a T. I did not lose ANY weight, but I was kinda losing my mind. I know it sounds weird, but every time I took that pill I felt extremely paranoid and always hearing things there were NOT there.. So IDK if I got a bad batch or someone thought it would be funny and slip something in it that made me practically lose my mind.. Finally I gave up on it and stop taking it, sadly I was still at the same weight I started, and had no luck getting my money back. Well lessened learned. At a little under 200lbs and huge tolerance, these make my hands shake and make me unable to properly handle a pen, meaning they must have at least 200mg of caffeine (I always take two, and 400mg is enough to make me jittery based on my long affair with the 'ffeine). There is a _strong_ diuretic effect--probably from the commercially-produced caffeine, caffeine from the yerba maté, caffeine from the cocoa and kola nut, caffeine from the guarana, and caffeine from the tea ingredients... Don't take these on an empty stomach/with only water. You will get really gross black pepper burps for about 15min. There’s nothing special about these pills unless you like the feeling of a mild caffeine overdose. It made me feel really jittery and they have just been sitting in my room for a couple weeks now because I refuse to give it any more of my time. it gave me a lot of energy and a happy feeling

Zantrex 3 has worked for people and I have been on in it for barely 4 days and already see results, have alot of energy, enjoy my wotkouts better, and my hunger.. well lets just say it has never been under such control I am full after i eat small meals and stay that way. I recommend this diet pill to anyone who is so over those last 10 pounds they need to lose. Zantrex will give you the boost you need. For faster results i would eat healthier and exercise a bit. In no way am i trying to blow off your suggestions and good points I am just laying down what I know and what i have experienced.
