I took 2 Xenadrine RFA-1 today around 10:30am…30 minutes or so before my hour long work out @ 11 am. Didn’t eat anything and the time is now 7pm. I still have had an appetite but I did force myself to eat small salad. Had the energy boost, and the jitters I can do without…made me a bit nervous. But normally I am a heavy eater and I can honestly say that this pills have curved my appetite.

I’ve been taking this for about a month now and I don’t see any results. I take 2 before breakfast 2 before lunch I always forget before dinner, butI work out for at least an hour everyday, and have been counting my calories very closly. Maybe I’m doing this wrong, if any one can help that would be great!!!! Shoun’t I be seeing results by now?

I have never taken any diet pills before, this one is the first one and I hope the only one I will take. I have just started using Xenadrine RFA – 1 and it feels strage to start off with. you feel very alert and full of enegry. Sometimes a bit shaky. I am traing in the gym and seen results already .. not sure about side effects but will see after 2 weeks. Hopefully will get the fat off. I am only taking 1 pill a day as dont want to overdo it but may increase the dose to 2 after sometime.

I’ve been taking these RFA-1 for 3 days now. But have been reading the reviews for a week. I’m still waiting for the jittery feeling or the energy boost. I take 6 pills a day, the last 2 at 6 or 7 pm. No trouble sleeping, so I’m trying to figure out if I have the right pills or not, I guess I’ll keep you posted. I’ve been doing 65 mins of intense cardio 5 days a week and watching what I eat with no weight loss, lets see if the pills help speed this up.

I brought Xenadrine RFA-1, it has 120 pills in the bottle. I also paid 36.99 for them. These pills are strong. With me following the 50 million pound challenge meal plan daily and exercising. I lost 25 pounds and still counting, these pills work. Any diet pill that you use you will still have to eat right and excerise. Also it states that anyone under the age of 18 should not use these pills. Again they are very strong ,you have to drink plenty of water daily taking these pills. They are really worth the money. Everything else I have tried was a waste of my money with eating right and excerise I only lost inches here and there and only and few pounds (3-5). With these pills I see great results.

Tiff, the product name exist, but it has not contained ephedrine since 2005. I wish it did! I bought it at Wal-mart for $18.88 a few months ago. I had similar results as Jordan. You must diet and workout to get a bang for your buck. Don’t take after 3pm if you want to sleep! I also only take 1 pill at breakfast, one before lunch, and one at 2-3pm. it is great 30min to 1 hour before a workout! Think of it as a small tool, not a magic pill.

i found that RFA-X not 1 was really effective. it was like butter in an oven, but of course, i had to pay in pain. there were jitters, anxiety, chest pains and all that jazz. but, it did work, very well i might add. i’m a 17 year old who’s been bodybuilding for the last year, and it was good.

This is an old review, for a pill that doesn’t exist any more. The current formulation doesn’t contain ephedrine. I would like to see a review for the newer product.
