U know trying to give it a fair chance n long enough time to see some results, but was disappointed with the product and pist at the customer service. The taste is ehh well i guess it's an acquired taste but i never got use to it. It didn't do much of anything besides make me pee, cuz of all the tea drinking. When I called the customer service it was a nightmare even trying to speak to them, I could hardly understand their English, and not to be mean but I believe that if they're gonna have people that speak English it should at least be some what understandable, and they should be able to understand when English is being spoken back to them. I was on the phone for 3hrs and the first hr I spent trying to spell out my email address to them.. Oh it was horrible in the end they sent me a conformation email saying that i would get my money back, and 2months later nothing no refund, so i emailed them back, and called back, same thing another email sent stating i was to get my refund and after a 3rd time of going through this I just gave up...
