Vitamin B1 (0.75 mg) is important to health but does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin B2 (0.85 mg) is important to health but does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin B3 (10 mg) is important to health but does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin B6 (1 mg) is important to health but does not contribute to weight loss.

Vitamin B12 (12 mcg) is important to health but does not contribute to weight loss.

Pantothenic Acid (5 mg) has healthy benefits, but it has not been shown to contribute to weight loss.

Caffeine has been proven to contribute to weight loss, but Ventilean fails to list how much caffeine it includes.

Citrus Aurantium 30% Synephrine does contribute to weight loss. When it comes to Synephrine, the higher the concentration the better. Ideally, you would want to see a 90% concentration or even more. Ventilean contains a 30% concentration.

Evodiamine Pure has been proven to cause weight loss in mice, but human studies have not been done.

Stevia

Yohimbe does cause weight loss, but again Ventilean does not disclose how much Yohimbe it contains. This makes it impossible for this Ventilean review to determine if there is enough Yohimbe in Ventilean to be effective.

Kelp

Vinpocetine helps with age-related memory problems, but it does not contribute to weight loss.

Guarana has been shown to contribute to weight loss, but ONLY when combined with Damiana and Yerba Mate. Ventilean does NOT contain Damiana or Yerba Mate. Thus, this Ventilean review finds the guarana in Ventilean will not be effective in causing weight loss.

Ventilean claims, “Not only are our ingredients unique, and proven effective but you can see that we put quality inside and outside” (website). Don’t be fooled by this claim. The ingredients in Ventilean can be found in dozens of diet products. While Ventilean does contain a few clinically proven ingredients, the amounts of these ingredients are hidden.

The Ventilean website is contradictory about their guarantee. In one place it says they give you 30 days to return the product for a full refund. In another place they say the timeframe is 60 days. Both places say unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
