Even if the product wasn't too strong for you, I wouldn't recommend it because of the FDA warning. Also, the health store would likely be better able to judge what would be right for you since it varies for each person. Xenadrine RFA-1, however, contains HCA which may be the reason that the FDA issued a warning against certain Hydroxycut products. As such, I don't recommend any products with HCA anymore either (better safe than sorry). Xnagy,

It would be the first time taking this kind of pill and the people at the health store told me that even though I don´t have any health problems, it might be too strong to take for the first time. So they recommended me to take Xenadrine RFA-1 to begin with, but I haven´t seen many good reviews on that pill. However, I´ve read great things about this one. I just wanna know if it is really pretty strong or just OK to take. I´d like to add that I go spinning and/or walking 3 times a week, and do weight training twice a week. Obviously i disagree that this was just "water weight". It helped my attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle by giving me energy and regulating my appetite for harmful foods. In conclusion, some people need an edge when trying to lose weight and this supplement could provide that. I have to agree with Lee on this one. It does not make me jittery at all but it does have that affect on many people. What I did find is that my appetite was very suppressed and I had to remind myself to eat at times. When I did eat I could then focus on healthier foods. I never had snack cravings. I am 37, Male, 5'9" and weigh about 175lbs. On Hyperdive I could lose 10-15lbs in 2 weeks with no problem. It mainly took the waist fat away and ripped me up a bit. The side effects that I experience are dry mouth and constipation (likely from the dehydration). I hope this helps.
