TestoRipped Review
According to their official website, “TestoRIPPED’S Controversial formula is the world’s BEST and MOST POWERFUL natural Testosterone Booster, Muscle Defining, and FAT SCORCHING supplement EVER DEVELOPED!”
TestoRipped makes some of the boldest claims we have seen. TestoRipped boasts about being banned in Australia and New Zealand “because of strict laws against anabolic steroid like components and Yohimbine (a vasodilator which increases blood flow to the lower extremities like Viagra).”
They also say TestoRipped will only be available in the U.S. for a short time. This TestoRipped review will show you what this product is and whether claims made about TestoRipped are legitimate. CAUTION: Due to the high doses of testosterone in TestoRipped diet pills, women should not use this product.
What are the ingredients in TestoRipped diet pills?
The ingredients in TestoRipped are listed below (amount in one capsule)
- Tribulus Terrestris (80 % Saponins) 200 mg
- Caffeine Anhydrous 150 mg
- Arginine AKG 100 mg
- Creatine Ethyl Ester 100 mg
- L-Glutamine 100 mg
- Cinnamon 50 mg
- Eurycoma Longifolia 100:1 50 mg
- Synephrine 15 mg
- Gugglesterones 2.5% 15 mg
- Yohimbine 1.5 mg
The TestoRipped website claims, “Tribulus has long been used to treat a variety of conditions such as low energy, depression, impotence, infertility in men and women and to boost vigor and strength. Athletes have used Tribulus Terrestris to boost testosterone levels, to speed fat loss, to enhance strength and overall athletic performance.” Although Tribulus has been used widely for years, current studies have conflicting results regarding how effective it really is.
Caffeine has been shown to contribute to increased metabolic function and we readily support it as long as you pay attention to your own body’s reaction to it. There are a minority of people that react too much toward caffeine and are asking for sleepless nights if they ingest too much of it.
Cinnamon has been used for years to help regulate blood sugar. Does it directly help you lose weight? That question still remains. With little to no research supporting it, the jury is still out on cinnamon’s efficacy.
Synephrine–One study performed in December of 2007 looked at the lipolysis (fat loss) effects of Satsuma mandarin orange (Citrus unshu Mark) peel on the fat cells of rats (I know, it’s always rats). A high concentration of Synephrine was present in the peel and lipoloysis effects were present. The overall conclusion:
These results suggest that the segment wall, an edible fraction, from Satsuma mandarin orange might be useful as a functional food, especially as a fat-reducing material ((J Nutr Sci Vitaminol (Tokyo). 2008 Dec;53(6):547-51.)).
Yohimbine comes from the bark of an African evergreen tree. It has been shown to increase fatty acid mobilization. It is also used to treat erectile dysfunction.
While Creatine has shown significant muscle/strength-building promise, 100 mg is not enough (esp. delivered in capsule form) to really drive any results.
Gugglesterones are supposed to increase thyroid function to promote weight loss. However, studies have had varying results.
How much does TestoRipped cost?
One bottle of 75 capsules of TestoRipped costs $49.99; this is a one month supply. This is on the lower end of diet pill pricing, at $1.67 per day.
TestoRipped marketing strategies
TestoRipped uses a teenage-driven marketing strategy. They want you to believe TestoRipped is going to give you bulging muscles and very low body fat. The website is filled with pictures of amazing abs supposedly from using TestoRipped.
They also say you better buy TestoRipped fast because it won’t be available in the U.S. for much longer. In our research for this TestoRipped review, we found no indication of this other than what was on the TestoRipped website. It makes us wonder if this is just another shady marketing strategy to boost sales.
