I am an ephedra fan and I could not take these. Ephedra is back on the market but I am totally convinced it is different. These made me so nauseous I couldn't function. Even quartering them (they are black diamond shaped tablets) made me sick, just not as long as a whole one did. EphBurn25 claims it has the ephedra from long ago but I still don't trust it.
