I want to loose about 10lbs of extra weight. I live an active lifestyle, work out a few times a week and eat fairly well, but I've just had a few pesky pounds that I'd like to get rid of. I normally drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee a day.

I started Slimquick 4 days ago and I haven't had any problems. I imagine that if you don't normally consume a lot of caffeine, you might have some problems because it does have a lot of caffeine in it. Enough so that I drank half a cup of coffee in the morning and did not get any headaches all day (normally without coffee, I will have a massive headache by 10am).

I've lost about 3 pounds, most of which I assume to be water weight. I doubt this product would work if you wanted to loose a lot of weight, but for people looking to just "tone up," I think it's great. It also seems to be fairly mild, which I like.

I tried the slim quick cleanse and it definitely did a job on my stomach...my question is that now i am on the slim quick six ways..and i also take a multi-vitamin is this a good combo because lately i have been feeling really ill and dizzy and i have contacted Slim Quick to see if this is a mildly normal effect that will pass or does it not agree with my multi-vitamin pak regimen...any suggestions on who would cooperate with them?
