You sillies! It works to produce bowel movements because it’s full of sennokot (AKA senna, sennosides), and use of senna for more than a week causes a laxative dependence, meaning of course, no going without bowel care meds. Also IMHO the cleanse works fine but it’s the eating plan that makes you drop the lbs’s. good luck everyone!

i’ve started this product on a monday and today is now friday i was 185 and now 180 i dont know if its a mind thing with the pills but so far so good i’ve been motivated.i havent excercized with this product yet cause i havent had the time.but so far i believe its a good product. THanks

I decided to try this after being frustrated with my own attempts to diet. I think it’s actually a good motivating tool. I mean, I paid $20 for it so I need to stick with it after the week. I’ve lost 3 pounds in 3 days. Some people will say that’s water weight but my own dieting attempts weren’t getting me ANYWHERE.

One of the things people need to realize is that they have to follow the meal plan. Not because it’s some magic recipe but because it’s calculated out the calorie intake for you. I think too many people “eyeball” portions and substitute foods thinking the calories are close enough.

I have been using slim quick for three days and I love it! I actually have BM, I have always had trouble with that so aside for beginning to lose weight I feel tons less bloated after I eat

thank you for the review! thou i know diet pills aren’t the right choice i think they do work as long as the person also exercises and watches their food intake. with that said, i think im going to try this product out. thank you.

I am on day five of the cleanse. I feel wonderful. I haven’t been as hungry and I definitely feel more energetic. I’ve been incorporating a lot of healthy snacks and trying to go for longer walks. So far, I have lost 3 pounds. My whole purpose for the cleanse is to look great for a wedding I’m in this August. I’d like to lose at least 10 pounds. I have not had any side effects.

Great helpful review and comment Sarah! I agree with another poster above. When I read reviews, I want more than an opinion as to why they like or don’t like something.

To be honest, I thought the 19.99 price seemed fair considering the prices of other brands that are mostly fillers and nothing special.

I am using Slimquick Cleanse right now. I am on my second day and have lost 3lbs. I haven’t exercised at all but have been drinking more water. It’s great. I don’t feel jittery or anxious like with other diet pills. I have tried them all and in comparison, this is by far the superior product.

What is the diet that your supposed to be on when taking the cleansing pill. I brought a bottle a month ago and lost my paper. can anyone help?
