I had great responses from their customer support .My PROACTOL parcel was taken over by the CUSTOMS DEPT - PROACTOL Customer Support -sent me the necessary documents in less then 6 hrs - so that i could release my supply of PROACTOL . I ordered this product, paying the extra shipping charge for to receive it in 3-5 days, 2 weeks ago! Their online support replies to emails, but they don't actually answer consumer concerns. I get the feeling that they'd simply rather "reassure" you just to say that they responded. The customer support service via phone does not always answer. This product is entirely to expensive for such poor customer service. The 24-hour customer support line that they advertise mind as well be non-existent. I would advise anyone serious about losing weight to be careful with this prodt, for even if it works the customer support and advice contacts do not. Simply too much money to spend to not get the assistance advertised and possibly have difficutly returning a product that doesn't work due to poor customer service.
