More or less, it gave me a very upset stomach and the shakes. i usually have atleast one triple shot of espresso skim mocha a day too. i sent the product back. Also it's very expensive, 82.00 a month whch is horrible i think! Not worth it, the prescription version would probably work much better as it has an ampetamine component in it and does make one lose weight. ?? Or not (if worried about addiction).
