Trimethylxanthin is the fancy chemical name for caffeine. That is another semi-fraudulent component to how its marketed.

Hi Nikki,
I'm glad to know that it's working for you. Four pounds in one week is great. Your comment sounded a bit like a plug for phenforum -- hope that's not the case.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks, other than dry mouth for about an hour after taking, there is absolutely NO effect. According to the website, you have to take this product a full 3 months in order to qualify for money back, I will try the 3 months but only so I can get a refund, I can already see it does nothing. Dont waste your money. I was looking for an alternative to phentermine, which I took before and had great results with. If you are significantly overweight and do not have high blood pressure, save your money and go see your doctor for a prescription of phentermine. Its about $13 for 30 day supply and it works. Ny doctor just wont give it to me now, your bmi has to be at least 30. good luck.
