for Brit Guy,

I know many people don't want to hear this, but most pills are a scam, and even if they suppress your appetite for a short while, all the weight you lose, you will gain once you stop taking the pills. I've tried multiple pills, and the only 'diet' that actually worked for me was the 6 week body makeover. Its actually not a diet diet, but it is a strict food re-organization of your meals. It encourages you to eat lean meats with any seasoning except salt, all the veggies you want, and complex carbs. you eat 5/6 times a day, cut out all sugars and process sugars, and drink lots of water. I lost 25 pounds on this regiment, and even though it is very hard the first week or two, afterward you'll be so excited when every week the scale goes down 3-7 pounds that you'll keep at it.

I have been using Nuphedrine since January of this year (2009). I have lost 30 lbs. I have not exercised at all and managed to really suppress by appetite which I felt was really out of control. The biggest joy comes from the fact that I had almost given up since I turned 55 in May and my metabolism had fallen to its lowest level after hitting menopause. I am a high school teacher and my co-workers have been amazed at my steady weight loss. I have recommended this product to many people but I always caution them that it is NOT FDA approved! This fact worries me somewhat, but as it is working so well for me, I will continue to use it. I also take many vitamin supplements and have cut out sugar completely.

Re: Before and After pics for diet pills are a sham
I just wanted to share with you all that most of these pics are a scam. I personally know because years ago I worked in a 'dance' club and one day a company came in asking if any of the girls would take before and after pics for a small amount of $. They had us hunch over and stick out our bellys for the before pic and then stand up strait and suck in while flexing for the after pic.
They only said they were for a diet company but wouldn't tell us any more than that. I have never came across my pic -lol- but then I haven't been really looking. It's funny to think I could be on a diet website somewhere.
After this happened I have never believed in these websites pics or testimonials.
However it hasn't stopped me from trying out the diet pills in hopes of finding an easier way of losing weight.
I am only on my first week of Nuphedrine so i am not sure if they work yet, but I really hope they do. :)

I started using nuphedrine as I am at my wits end regarding my weight (I am 37 now and my metabolism has slowed to a crawl) and am desperate for ANYTHING that will kick-start my weight-loss.

It's only my second day using it, so too early to say yet. I will write more later on. Please don't tell me to just diet and exercise as that doesn't work for me anymore. My weight is killing me and making me clinically depressed. I am desperate, so I hope this works...

Hi Nichole,
When doing reviews, I try to stick with the scientific evidence that backs up the ingredients. I also try to touch on some business practices (such as in the Nuphedrine review). I've opened this comments section up so that people can leave their personal experiences (since I obviously haven't tried the diet pills myself). You still have to be cautious, however, with what you believe since user "testimonials" are easily fabricated.

I am confused. I went to http://www.dietblogtalk.com/Nuphedrine.html?find=apidexin#HEALTHNEWSTIPS site and read the reviews. The reviews on the peer blog site contradict your site. The blog site also has information on your voted Paten Trim, with no comments. Is NuPhedrine as bad as you claim? If so, how is it that some many dieters are raving about this product and not Paten Trim? Thank you.

I noticed that my comments were not published. I have taken Nuphedrine for 3 months and have not lost 1 pound. They are full of it and I am out 250.00 for a 6 months supply. My appetite is the same so I don't think the hoodia works for me

I purchased Nuphedrine about two months ago and have taken it religiously since. I have lost 13 pounds, but have also been regularly exercising, and eating a lot less (the pills completely got rid of my appetite). There were even a few times when I actually ate a whole meal but didn't gain anything back. Instead I kept losing the weight. I am also taking Wellbutrin, though, so I don't know which of the two is working more (or maybe it's the combination).
