The feeling was AWFUL ! Felt like my head was in a vice and I had a hard time seeing. There is NO energy, if anything you will want to take a long nap to try to get over this feeling. Exercise while taking this product was out of the question. Plus, no noticable affect on energy or appetite. The $59.00 "deal" was not such a deal (no refund on opened product). So ive been trying nuphedragen for about two weeks now and i havent noticed any significant loss..and by significant i mean out of my normal range. im one of those crazy people who actually eats well and excercises regularly, and then add a three year old to that exercise, i just have those stubborn areas that refuse to be intimidated by workouts, and so far i havent noticed any change in weight. i have noticed, however that ive been getting tension headaches. Ive never really been sensitive to caffeine so i didnt figure it to be a problem but now im noticing that over the last week they are getting stronger and more annoying. So if you want to try this, just keep in mind, even if you dont think your sensitive its still a very possible annoying side affect. OW!
