Lipovox Review
Lipovox is one of my favorite diet pills. Not because it has some amazing ingredient complex (though they do score points for being unique) or flashy packaging, but because they have the most unique sales pitch I’ve ever read.
The Lipovox Story
They let it start out in the serene state of Hawaii.
The gist of it is (and I can’t confirm the veracity of the story, entertaining–yes, true? Who knows. It’s probably somewhere in between) that a college student was watching Oprah where a certain Dr. Perricone was on the show talking about superfoods that combat the body’s natural aging process.
It may have been this show.

The end of the story is that people not only improved their skin, but also lost weight. Too good to be true? I took a closer look.
Lipovox Ingredients (the “Superfoods”)
One of the superfoods listed is wheatgrass, which I reviewed (I’m neutral on it–healthy, yes, but does it do all the things proponents claim it can do? Research is lacking).
“Anything from the ‘Allium Family’” includes garlic, which is what Lipovox includes. Garlic is a very healthy supplement. I took an in-depth look at garlic earlier today.

I hope to eventually review all of the ingredients included in Lipovox, but the heavy hitting weight loss ingredient (Green Tea) is already covered. Flaxseed and Buckwheat should help with appetite suppression and it’s a given that Lactobacillus Acidophilus is a healthy probiotic.
It’s a tossup. They don’t provide supplement facts, so it’s impossible to tell how much of these ingredients are in Lipovox.
As you can read in my review of Green Tea, research indicates that Green Tea does increase the metabolic rate and, hence, help you burn more calories. These other ingredients are healthful so all in all, the ingredient profile here is pretty strong.
Lipovox Customer Service
Email #1
I emailed Lipovox customer service and inquired about “my order” that I had placed two weeks before. I didn’t act irate, but the tone of my email was certainly one of annoyance. They responded in 10 minutes–literally. I thought that was a bit of an anomaly (maybe they were doing emails right then and I got lucky).

So I sent another the next day from a different email address under a different name, different wording but similar situation. The response came back in three hours.
You may consider implementing this customer service strategy with any company where you’re considering purchasing. It’s important that you don’t just inquire about purchasing. Of course they’re going to answer that one quickly. You have to pretend you’ve already purchased and gauge their willingness to respond you once they already have your money.

Lipovox Acne Spin
I don’t know how I feel about Dr. Perricone. It seems to me it’s just his way of making a buck. If your skin does improve taking Lipovox, just consider it gravy — I wouldn’t buy this as a skin care pill. I would buy it as a weight loss pill with a potential side benefit.
Lipovox Testimonials
If you read this site for longer than about three minutes you’ll realize that I don’t put any stock in testimonials as they are written on a company’s website. Those are far too easy to fabricate. For instance, look at this testimonial I just received:

And that’s about all it takes. A few keystrokes and a bit of an imagination.
I do attempt to find feedback about products that come from actual users of the product. Internet forums don’t help. Anyone can post there. Blogs don’t help. Anyone can leave a comment. Amazon? That’s a bit better. Though even with Amazon, anyone can leave a review. eBay? eBay’s a special case and one that I like. You can only give feedback if you’re on record as having purchased that product from that seller.
I found Lipovox for sale on eBay and it appears that the Lipovox company is the outlet there. I contacted the seller and verified that they are indeed the same company as Lipovox.com. They’re feedback there, as of this writing, is at 98.5% — with over 50,000 feedback ratings! I couldn’t believe their success there.
Now, eBay feedback taken into consideration, maybe this college kid really did stumble onto something. I don’t put a lot of stock into the superfoods, as I’ve already mentioned, but I’m having a hard time coming up with the reason why in the face of their actual customer feedback.
Lipovox Negatives
I don’t like when companies place images of magazines on their site to somehow add credibility. Lipovox did that with their Oprah, Shape, Fitness, and Self magazines spread across the top. Yes, Oprah talked about the superfoods with Dr. Perricone, but that is hardly an endorsement for Lipovox specifically.
They don’t provide supplement facts. Not many do without some sort of proprietary blend (off the top of my head, Fenphedra does) I wish the Lipovox company would.
They don’t provide a lot of information about the company behind Lipovox. While I’m put at ease when they respond to emails so quickly, I still wish they’d maybe say how long they’ve been around (from the ebay presence, I would say it’s several years–probably 3 or 4).
Lipovox Positives
Green Tea is an effective ingredient for weight loss and they have it in there. The other ingredients are certainly healthful.
They offer a moneyback guarantee and don’t try and rope you into some crappy, rip-off autoship like thermocerin and lipocerin.
Overall Conclusion on Lipovox
New spin on an old problem, astounding track record on ebay, a bit hypey on the marketing side, but overall a contender in the diet pill market. I give Lipovox a green light.

I have been taking this product for one week. No weight loss ( yet) but I do seem to have more energy..Will keep you posted.
Just read about a new diet pill Apatrim, any comment on this one?

Lipovox did absolutely nothing for either me or my husband. I had to ask to explain on the amount of water to use with this product and it was A LOT more than adverstised. Within a month, I request my money back…and even that process did not come without strings attached. I had to specify that if they did not honor their money back guarantee, I would seek the advise of my attorney. I was NOT impressed with this product and wonder how it receive such glowing testimonials at all.

Lipovox is working a lot better for me than most diet pills I have tried. Its only been two weeks so its still way too early to tell but I have already lost 5 pounds.
No wrinkle benefits at all. Surprisingly my acne has improved. I thought it was just a marketing ploy but my mild adult acne has seen a radical improvement.

What would you recommend between Lipovox, Patentrim, Hydroxycut, or Anoretix? I am down to those 4 and can’t decide which one. I am very active. I exercise often and eat healthy.

the product worked well on my face though i did not see any weight loss. The product does cause a lot of gas build up and constipation. I am going to continue taking the product for the results that it gives my face.

My favorite is PatenTrim b/c it’s decaf (I don’t like a lot of caffeine) and each ingredient is backed by research. I like Lipovox as well, but if you’re looking for JUST weight loss, PatenTrim would be your best bet. Anoretix is also solid, they just don’t disclose how much of their ingredients they actually are including.

hey logan id suggest APIDEXIN over ANORETIX because all the 8 patented products in it have had clinic trials on each one unlike ANORETIX where only a few of their 9 patented products have clinic trials… may i also suggest FENPHEDRA i cant take it only because i have hyperthyroidism but its a GREAT product for weight loss

lipovox has not done anything for me, just given me headaches. I have been taking it for 2 weeks, I have been excerising and have not lost a single pound. Totally disappointed

i’m liking lipovox…..i’ve lost a few pounds in about a week. face is clearer too…..not sure about the wrinkles yet, but i’m crossing my fingers on that too. i’m sure it won’t work for everyone, but it is worth a try. i’m pretty excited about it….i am not that hungry and i really get full quick.

I just got in my Lipovox. I’m not sure how much of the recommended dosage I should take though. Seeing as how you can choose between one or three pills at one time, which seems like a lot. I’m not sure if size matters but I’m pretty petite at 5′1 and 136lbs. How much should I take for one dosage and how soon will I see results on weight loss?

I have been taking Lipovox for about a week and along with a boost in energy, which is GREAT with 3 small children, I have already lost about 5 pounds. I find that I have the energy to do more and yet I am not as hungry so I am eating less. No major changes to my overall skin however, but I’ll take a wrinkle or two for a smaller bottom any day!

Does this work? I am taking ALR Hyperdrive now for about a week. I haven’t seen any results yet. I do very well with caffeine. I have tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and Lipodrene and have not had any problems. I’m looking for something that actually works and is not hype. I exercise 6 days a week and try to eat healthy.
Should I try something else from the list on the left?

If you do well with caffeine (and are looking for a diet pill with caffeine) Thermodrenix might be a good option. It’s one of the top rated diet pills. I would say that it would probably be a bit more effective than Lipovox. Plus Thermodrenix discloses the exact amounts of the ingredients in the pill.

I tried Lipovox last summer (purchased 3 bottles) and didn’t lose a pound. I don’t think it made a difference in my skin either. I was not satisfied to say the least (those babies aren’t cheap). I’ve decided to try Thermodrenix (caffeine does not bother me) so I’m hoping this, combined with my exercise and sensible eating plan, will help me lose the FAT!

I have been using lipovox and my skin is in the best condition. It’s smooth , its glowing and each morning it looka little bit more fresher. As far as my weight i am seeing a slight difference in my tummy and my back fat lol! Yes, my back fat!! I will continue to post as time goes by but i have never felt better and NO this is not a fake comment!!!! I recommend LIPOVOX. YAY YAY YAY!!

I am 5′2 and weigh 130. I work 8 hrs a day and have a little one at home also. I Cant find much time to exercise as much as I need to. What do you think would be the best Diet pill out there for me? I do get a bit shakey with caffiene and I know that a lot of these pills contain that. Please let me know!

If you’re looking for something with little to no caffeine, I would maybe look at Lipovox or Boda Extract 3. Lipovox has green tea, which likely contains a small amount of caffeine. Boda is a new diet pill to hit the market that looks promising, although I haven’t heard any feedback from consumers yet. It contains CLA which is a proven diet pill ingredient.
