Lean Xtreme Review
Lean Xtreme is a diet pill that “targets multiple pathways to assist fat loss while also maintaining adequate testosterone levels and optimizing immune function in order to promote the ideal fat burning, muscle sparring environment” (website). This Lean Xtreme review will explain the ingredients in Lean Xtreme as well as discuss the marketing techniques used by Designer Supplements (maker of Lean Xtreme) to reveal the truth about Lean Xtreme diet pills.
Lean Xtreme Ingredients
Proprietary Blend 370 mg
7-OH (7-Hydroxy-Dehydrorepiandrosterone)
5-AT (7-Hydroxy 17-Dihydro Dehydrorepiandrosterone)
Green tea
Forskolin
7-OH is supposed to help control cortisol, leading to weight loss. However, research has not yet proven this.
Green tea is a clinically proven ingredient which increases metabolic rate, causing weight loss. However, since Lean Xtreme contains green tea in a proprietary blend, there is no way of knowing if the amount of green tea in Lean Xtreme diet pills is enough to cause weight loss. Studies have shown that for green tea to be effective, it has to be taken in a dose of 300 mg per day.
Forskolin has also been proven to contribute to weight loss, but only when taken in a dosage of 250 mg per day. Since the total of all ingredients in Lean Xtreme is 370 mg, it is very unlikely that you will be getting the necessary 250 mg of forskolin. It is impossible that there is enough green tea and forskolin in Lean Xtreme to contribute to weight loss.
Lean Xtreme Cost
A bottle of 90 capsules of Lean Xtreme diet pills costs $37.79. If you take the maximum dosage of 6 capsules per day, one bottle will last 15 days. This is extremely expensive. Don’t waste your money on Lean Xtreme–look for a diet pill that contains the necessary amounts of proven ingredients.
Lean Xtreme Caution
While the Lean Xtreme website claims there will be no adverse effects of taking Lean Xtreme without taking a break, they do recommend you take a break after 4-8 week cycles.
The Lean Xtreme website warns, “There are anti-estrogenic properties of 7-OH that can effect menstrual cycles and birth control, so it’s a good idea for sexually-active women to use condoms.”
Lean Xtreme Marketing
The Lean Xtreme website seems to be geared toward teenagers. They have pictures of rippling muscles and typical outrageous testimonials and claims. Don’t be fooled by the “cool” lingo used on the Lean Xtreme website. Lean Xtreme diet pills will do nothing but flush your money away.
Lean Xtreme Conclusion
This Lean Xtreme review finds Lean Xtreme diet pills do not live up to the hype. Lean Xtreme uses a proprietary blend to hide the amount of proven ingredients included. Save yourself some grief and money by using a diet pill with proven ingredients in proven amounts.
