tengo tomando estas pastillas 3 semanas, pero no he tenido cambios, pero tampoco eh tenido efectos secundarios, pero me dijeron en gnc que este producto tiene nueva formula. porlo que no es peligroso, yo kisa pueda tener hepatitis c y eso me preocupa ya que no quiero afectar mi higado.

Luis, From what I've read, the Hydroxycut powder contains the same ingredients that the pills contained. As such, It's not advisable to take the product since the FDA has warned against it. The the Hydroxycut review for more details.

Hi Nora,

A weight gain of 3 lbs could be due to any number of things. Many people, for example will fluctuate between 1 and 2 lbs. on almost a daily basis just due to differences in water weight, food intake, etc. As such, I wouldn’t be too alarmed by this small increase. The fact that you haven’t lost any weight while taking Hydroxycut Max, however, is unfortunate. As you read in the review, I didn’t give this diet pill a very good review anyway. You’d be better off taking something that discloses the amounts of the proven ingredients. Hope this helps.

I started taking Hydroxycut Max a week and a half ago. The first 2 or 3 days I felt like I had so much energy. I exercised no problem and didn’t sit down all day. I did have a pain in my neck, literaly. It was an odd pain. I kept taking it and by the time I was up to the 3 pills twice a day as recommended I felt HORRIBLE! My neck pain moved into my head and ear. I felt like I had crashed and burned. I was very tired and felt as though I was coming down with the flu. Also developed a rash on my arms and chest. I was drinking the recommended 10 glasses of water. I lost 1.5 pds in a week and a half. Big deal I’m sure that was just from eating healthy and exercising. From now on I will stick to good old fashioned methods like proper eating and exercise:)

Different people will have different side effects from different ingredients. If it only happens when you take it, it’s likely that you could be caused by the diet pill.

I was taking 1:1 then 2:2, then 2 in the am, and then 2 at lunch, then 1 in the afternoon. before starting the 3:3/ the dosing is toooooooooooo much. I have severe leg and feet restlessness for 10 hours. So I had a total of 5. but 6 is the max. I thought I could handle the next dosing. As I didn’t have any side effects, except for some burps, that taste like berry’s. My blood pressure is now 150/76. I am also a nurse, and thats getting too high’for myself. My heart rate is fine. I am drinking massive amounts of water to flush this stuff out of my system. I have lost 6 pounds. It does decrease appetite. And it gave me appropriate amounts of energy. However 3:3 is too much. I am 5′9 and 26 healthy, and a non smoker. Oh it might have caused skin irritations, but I can’t confirm, maybe its a rash from shaving my legs???? Stick with steady low dosing. But for 60$ I’d say save your money. I hate how there is no information about amounts of indegrediants. One ingrediant, is banned in Canada. It does not appear on the lable. I hope it really isn’t in it. Oh yes, my husband says I’ve been acting kind of I dunno, over the top! SO it can cause mood swings, or excessive emotions! I will try low dowsing. But this isnt a trustworthy product, and don’t recommend it.

Today is my first day of taking hydroxycut max. It was recomended to me by a friend of mine. I have PCOS, (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which makes it very hard for me to loose weight. diet and exercise didn’t help at all. So i’m trying hydroxy cut. I noticed that the bottle says to take it 5 hours before going to bed. that’s probably why some people can’t sleep very well taking it at night and expecting to go right to sleep… anyways, Since taking the first dose (1 pill) It gave me lots of energy, Im usually very tired. I’ve been able to get a lot accomplished today, and it’s 3:16. I haven’t had any side effects from this at all, and I feel that it is going well so far. For the first time in a long time I didn’t need to rest after working out. its amazing.

today i just started taking HM, and chest is hurting just a little bit, is that ok? the pain isn’t server or anything. how fast will i lose weight on this product? how much fat will i lose from it? with no excersise and on a 1,000 calorie diet
