I believe you are not giving green tea enough importance (&quot;it’s looking promising&quot;)in a weight loss regimen. If the Thia study was done with some degree of validity, it is really very impressive. Obese subjects, at least from my own clinical experience, often times present much more difficult subjects. It would have been more interesting and relevant if the study had included more subjects (at least 150), and if we had some idea if these subjects were considered diabetic.

Given green tea&#039;s extremely low cost, apparent effectiveness, and high tolerance, it seems obvious to me that everyone should consider using it daily in their overall diet program.</description>
