I've used this product without fail since May 2nd, precisely one month. It is difficult to say whether or not this product is working, and if it is, its quite slow. I track by date when i start any new supplement, as well as document any physical or mental changes. I also track my body fat , weight and measurements on a weekly basis. At the start I was 166 lbs, 17% bodyfat with a waist measured around navel of 37.8.
Today I 160 with 15.5% bodyfat and a waist of 36.5. However, prior to start Fentraphen I was already losing 2-6 lbs a week for 5 weeks straight using my Low carb/low calorie diet.
Since the past week, I have no change in body composition, and I would of hoped this fat burner would of helped me get passed a plateau, but it seems to not be working as far as additional results that I was already having.

Its pretty frustrating actually, but tell you what. I do have this 90 day money back guarantee. I'm willing to wait another week or 2 to see what happens. Its pretty pricey for me, and I've actually had better results using Lean System 7, which I agree has "proprietary blends" and should be criticized for.

I check my heart rate when I run, and it gets regularly pushed up to 210 bpm on some runs, while some days I'll safely be in the 185 zone (still pretty high for a 29 year old). Then on other days I won't have much of a heart rate boost. During resting periods, there seems to be no effect as far as body heat, additional heart rate increase, diuretic effects or stress associated with taking high caffeine in most fat burners. I don't know if its safe to be that high of a heart rate, nor should it would be better if I was hot all the time. It seems some fat burners are effective that way if heart rate is more controlled but overall the body is hot. I remember literally burning up 8 lbs a week using Ephedrine Caffeine aspirin stack and which, I was hot all the time. I could use that again, but not sure if I'll risk my health. I'm debating on it.

I'll keep you updated on my progress. I need to lose about 12-15 lbs to be around 7% bodyfat. For now, It looks like i'll need to contact the guarantee claim.

This site actually helped me in purchasing this product.
Thank you.

Penny,
I haven't read of any chest pain side effects specifically, but different people will react differently. A google search for Fentraphen side effects should provide you a decent amount of info.
