I have lost 26 pounds in two months while using this product. I started as a 250 pound guy with a target of 180ish. I have done NO training and have not really dieted. I walk about an hour twice a week and the only food change I have done is shrink my portion size by 25% at dinner only and stopped drinking soda(I was a 3 soda a day guy). I FEEL great and just reodered the product.
The key for me to avoid the headaches, dizziness, and stomach issues people have described is... drink PLENTY of water and follow the dose directions. I wake up and take one with atleast 24oz of water, 30 minutes before lunch with 24oz of water, and usually one in the late afternoon. My appetite is suppressed and my energy level is consistant throughout the day with some highs and lows, but nothing like I have experienced with some of those energy drinks out there. I take a multi vitamin daily to keep my body from getting stripped of nutrients. Some people say they can't drink that much water but I just add a splash of 10 cal vitaminwater, juice, tea, or whatever to add some flavor.
My only side effect was I got a little "goofy" from the mood stablizer the first couple of days when I first took it I the morning.
I hope this helps!

Denise,
After glancing at the Phenphedrine website, it's very likely that they're made by the same company. The ingredients are very similar, with the exception of a few ingredients. I'll try to get a review done of Phenphedrine soon.

I just bought a bottle of PHENPHEDRINE today after reading different reviews and not finding any negative feedback other than a few side effects. I came upon this review for FENPHEDRA after having looked up the top 5 of every diet critics website. Fenphedra just happened to be on all of them, but I found Phenphedrine first and was happy with their product. Little did I know that theyre both, atleast to me, practically IDENTICAL! The layout and text of their website, some ingredients if not all, the CART system etc. Even the pills and bottles look the same. The only difference I saw was the Fen-72, phenphedrine does not offer a 72hr detox.
Are these products the same? Maybe made by the same company or have the same results? Im relatively confused!!!
BTW, thanks for all of the information on the website!! You should do a review of Phenphedrine soon!

Carlos,
The website states that, "You must be at least 18 years or older to order FENPHEDRA."

I tried this product- and I felt good for a few days... after that, it gave me a headache everyday? I stopped taking them, but I am bummed that they didn't work for me. Anyone else get headaches? Did I do something wrong?

Can some one please tell me what is a really good diet pill that will help you lose weight?

I know diet and exercise work.

I need something to get me motivated first, you know like try a diet pill that really works and go from there.

I need to lose about 50 pounds.

Nika,
The ingredients in Fenphedra are good. It does contain a fair amount of stimulants (caffeine and synephrine), so it should increase your energy levels. You'll want to be cautious, however, if you don't do well with caffeine.

Hello,
I am seriously considering trying this product. I have tried things in the past and have had no success. With their being so many products on the market today it is hard to say what works and what doesn't. I want to try this product however I am unsure of the effects it will have on me. I am looking to lose 40lbs and have been working out and not seeing results as fast as I thought I would. I just had a baby 3 months ago so energy is a big factor to me. Will this product give me more energy to work out more consistantly? Or is this just another product being pushed by a company to make more money?
