Wahida,
I would lean more towards Lipofuze or Fenphedra. They both have pretty good ingredients. The are high in stimulants, so Just make sure that you can handle the stimulants that they contain.

Hey Cal, thanks for all your reviews. they really break things down, and bring some much needed realistic perspective on all the hype out there.

What do you think Ephedrasil vs. Fendephra? I am natuarally? low energy/low metabolism body type, and wanted something to re-start my weight loss with an energy boost and good lean muscle builders.

Took some diet pills before (including Apidexin), but nothing has worked even when included with healthy foods and moderate exercise, that particular pill seemed too mild for my very slow metabolism. Really the only thing that worked has been a very strict food 'diet' (5-6 meals per day, no dairy, no sugar, no salt, no simple carbs, and 4 times a week exercise). While I loved the feeling and weight loss when I was on the diet, I was only able to stay on track for a month and a half, I need something to give me a boost to start again because its a very hard regime to stay on.

Would you recommend something? I was looking a Lipofuze, Fendephra, and Ephedrasil.
