Have taken both Fenphedra and Apidexin. Remember with these kinds of drugs, each affects individuals differently. For me, the Apidexin is stronger, giving me more of a metabolic "rush," so Fenfedra may be gentler for you. Perhaps you will need to try both to see for yourself.

Hi Allison,
Apidexin will be the more "gentle" of the two diet pills. Fenphedra appears to have more stimulants that Apidexin. They do both have caffeine, so if you're very sensitive to caffeine, you may want to look at some that don't contain caffeine. DecaSlim and Lipovox may be good alternatives.

I have taken Stacker 3 and have experienced jitters and nausea, to the point where it causes me such anxiety, making the symptoms worse. I don't typically consume any caffeine and realize Stacker 3 has about 250mg per serving.

If I take a product such as apidexin or fenphedra, do you think I might experience the same side effects given the "caffeine" in them?

Or, a better question would be this: I am a runner (25-30 miles a week). I weigh 193lbs and am 5'7". I document my food consumption by calories and primarily eat low fat/low cholesterol foods. I do weight training 2-3x per week for 1-2 hours per session. I am looking to get to an ideal weight of 150-165lbs in preparation for my first full marathon in October. However, I would be perfectly content to lose 10 lbs by that time. What product would you recommend which would provide results quickly and safely, without the awful, nerve wracking side effects (such as those I have experienced with Stacker3)? (I do understand the risks of losing weight quickly and keeping it off as I have already taken 100lbs off my frame and kept it off for over 8 years, hence a more realistic goal of 10lbs. by October). Any suggestions would be great. I sure appreciate it. Thank you.
