I'm on day two and I feel like I'm slimming down a little. The 1st day started out ok although I was a little jittery but I think that may be from the apidexin AND my coffee earlier that morning. Later in the day, though, I starting feeling really sick and almost threw up. I felt overheated, but once i stepped outside to cool down I felt better; still a little jittery. The first night I was an insomniac; in and out of strange dreams and sweating like CRAZY and I never sweat. I woke up around 4am with pain in my legs and back, but I think it may just be the pill burning fat or something. I expected different sensations and side effects because these aren't ingredients your body is used to. Day 2 has started ok, I'm only doing one pill a day though. My body temp seems to be all over, and the legs are still feeling strange but not really painful. I feel trimmer but it could be from all that sweating from last night. I'll try sticking it out for another week and if the strange symptoms persist, I may kick it. I expected that, as with ANY diet pill, I wouldn't feel fully myself. But it really isn't so bad, especially if the symptoms lessen. If I see results I'll be willing to stick it out. I'll keep you updated!

Just an update. I've been taking this for some time now. I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 159. I took my last pill a couple days ago. I've already passed my goal so I'm gonna hold off on this for awhile. I'm sure if I start back up I'll get the jittery effects again.

I used Apidexin for 3 weeks. Lost about 4 pounds, which I was very happy with. I enjoyed the energy it gave me, but did have a few nights where I couldn't sleep. The worst side effect was the diarrhea and stomach cramps I got EVERY TIME I ate. It got to the point where it was interfering with my life. I knew I could never be far from a bathroom just in case. When I stopped using the product, I got headaches for the first week. I have been able to keep the weight off, so I guess it was worth it..... I'd keep taking the pills if it weren't for the poops :)

Well, I originally posted back on March 19th, 2009 at 12:08 pm ... and I did my extreme workout program and nutrition plan while I took a 60 day supply of the Apidexin...and I did end up losing about 6% body fat...but as intense as the workouts were, I don't really know if it was the pills and/or the workout/nutrition plan....I was originally at 6'1", 202 lbs....and I dropped to 188 lbs in the 60 days....well, unfortunately I'm back up to about 194 lbs (probably lost muscle and gained some fat back)... so what I've decided is to do only the workout/nutrition plan and see if I get the same results...if I do, the Apidexin didn't help...if I don't see the same results, then that would conclude that the Apidexin does work and I'll be puchasing a few more bottles.

Day 16....I've only lost 1 lb during this 8 day period. I forgot to take my pills on the 10th day and had a horrible migraine type of headache almost all day. Day 13 forgot to take my morning pill...once again terrible headache! It's like my body is addicted to them now. Blah! Apidexin definantely helps to curb your appetite, but the side effects i've experienced: Nauseous, headaches, dehydrated, tired. Not sure that it's worth it. I think i will finish of the bottle taking only 1 pill a day and find something new.

Ok so day 8....I have lost about 4 lbs and 1/2" around my waist. I'm not sure if this due to my major change in diet or if it's from the pills. But hey I'm gonna keep with the pills and see. I have noticed my jitteriness is gone, but I do see that when I haven't eaten within 30-45 min of taking a pill I feel nauseous. Eating a small portion of something like steamed veggies and some granola usually help. I also notice that if i haven't dranken at least 8 glasses of water I feel odd and tired. (maybe apidexin dehydrates me?) Anyways I am gonna stick with it and will check back in a week or 2.

To those who asked about changing their diet & exercise. Yes I have changed my diet extremely. I am not an overweight person, but I have not eaten very healthy in the past. I cut out all the candy I used to eat, and I eat out at restaurants & fast food only about 1x a week rather than 4-5 like I used to. I have 4 kids so my belly chub is what I am most concerned with as the rest of me is pretty good. I recently had my body fat tested, but I don't think those results are accurate as I have virtually no fat on my arms or legs and thats where they put the thingamajig to test. I came in at 17%. I would say my tummy is where all my body fat is. Anyways as for working out, I swim 3 times a week and constantly chase my kids around so I'd say my exercise is pretty consistent.
I am on day 2 of apidexin and am hoping the nausea will go away soon. But I feel like I'm not eating as much. Still eating the recommended 6 times a day (by health experts) but much smaller portions! That's a good sign. Will keepnu all posted

I just started Apidexin & the Detoxufree72 today. I took the recommended apidexin pill 45 min before breakfast and lunch. And I did feel a bit nauseous & jittery. It didn't really make me not want to eat the craving was still there, but I definately ate less! I only took one of the recommended 2 detox pills because I wanted to see if I felt less nauseous and I didn't want to get dehydrated from going to the bathroom. The side effects were definantely less without the detox pill. I drank 10 glasses of water today to make up for using the potty :)
I figure I'll stick with one detox in the morning and 2 apidexin pills for the day and see how it goes.
After reading about 100 reviews from other users, most say the side effects subside after the 1st couple days up to a week. I am excited to track my progress.

Right now I am 5'4 and weigh 145. My goal is 125lbs by Halloween - Crossing my fingers.
