I just started taking the Caralluma Fimbriate Extract yesterday two before dinner, should I have waited to start when I could take two before lunch and then two before dinner?

I need to lose about 30 pounds should I be taking this product or is there another product that may give me better results, that any one has tried and had sucess?

I just bought a bottle today. Took my dosage about 10 mins ago, hopefully this helps I only want to lose about 5-10 pounds. Dinner is smelling pretty good right about now.

I actually just bought a bottle today at WalMart and it was $19 for 60 capsules. I took 2 like it said 30 min before my lunch. I could not eat all of it, and I did not even force it like I sometimes do. I was full. As for saying it does not promote exercise and a healthy diet, I found a paper inside the box with a recommended diet plan and it said you would be able to notice results faster if you added a healthy exercise regiment. So far I am impressed that I have not reached for the bag of Oreos and I'm going to give it a chance. What have I got to lose, weight maybe, or maybe not. I've throw $19 away before.

I just bought a bottle from Walmart today. I see there are only a few reviews on this website. I see the post are from this year. I was wondering how everyone is doing now? I'm wanting to lose about 10 pounds. I need a good appetite suppressant.

I have read many reviews on Apatrim and I am intrigued. I recently married and for some reason, I think I can eat what my husband eats...let's be honest, I just can't. I have gone from 175 to 195 in two years. I was ten pounds lighter September of '08 for my wedding. The reviews for Apatrim seem better than Apidexin...Needless to say, I don't want my bowel movements to smell "odd". I think I am going to buy a bottle and see how that goes. Hopefully, with exercise, I can attain my goal of 150. Yay Apatrim!

well, i can speak for both my wife and myself on this product. we've been taking Apatrim for about 2 and a half weeks. I've lost 7 pounds and she's lost 9. Key thing to do here is FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!! I did some research on this product before I started taking it and I wasn't surprised at the amount of people that were in the "test group". I guess many places use in-house testing on products that contain proven ingredients. What' matters to me now, is that it's working for US. I'm gonna give it about 3 months, which really is the minimum amount of time that you should use a diet supplement if you expect results, but my wife says she's on a roll and will probably give it 6 months. oh yeah, I have been working out for about 3 years(mostly weights), so losing fat has always been an issue for me. Weight training makes you hungrier, so you see the dilema here. I'm not a big cardio fan by the way.
For Barb: Thermo type pills are good for working out, but not too hot for office work like mine. unless you like sitting in front of a computer screen sweating your butt off.
Overall, I recommend this product if you want an appetite suppressant and a boost throughout the day.

I started taking apatrim feb. 22, 2009 and by may 21, 2009 I lost an incredible 34 pounds, which was almost impossible before. it suppressed my appetite and made losing weight much easier for me and i didn't have those late night cravings that prevented me from losing weight before. A friend of mine took them however and did not lose any weight. I believe that everyones bodies respond differently, therefore the only way to be sure is to try it.

Barbara,
Thermodrenix is likely to give you better and faster results than Apatrim.
