Very good, straightforward review. THANKS. I was leaning toward giving Anoretix a try, and now I will. I’ve never actually used a diet pill, but I’ve used a Hoodia appetite suppressant for 2 days with effective results (kills the appetite, no jitters!). I’m going to try Anoretix (non-caffeine), with 1 Hoodia pill (instead of 2) and see what happens. I’m optimistic. Will post results in a few weeks. THANKS AGAIN for this service.

Update: I posted previously about trying these out in combination with P90X. After 2 weeks I decided to stop taking these as I did not find that they helped weight loss substantially and nowhere near some of the ‘miraculous’ results some posts would have you believe…maybe they just don’t work for me, but more likely they do not work very much at all.
Yes, they do give you more energy, but not really the good kind. It’s more the nervous, ‘I just drank 3 extra large coffees!’ type of energy which I am not crazy about. The pills tended to make me nauseous by the time the 30 mins before a meal was up, even with lots of water. I decided it was not worth the presumably small to no benefit this was adding to my schedule.

I just started taking these today…
So far, a little bit spacy and jittery (more so than usual but not as hungry as I ordinarily would be. I found these under the counter at home. Apparently my spouse took a few of them but they bothered her stomach so two bottles for me to experiment with:)
I am currently also starting P90X which is a really great program if you are so motivated but the diet for it killed me when I did it last year so maybe these pills will help with the weight loss (although I eat pretty good to begin with).
I will try to update as I go but my results will be skewed with the intensive exercise program.

I ordered Anoretix on Wednesday 7/8 and it arrived at my door step on Monday 7/13. I started taking it the next day: 2 capsules 30min. before breakfast and 2 capsules 30min. before lunch. Felt perfectly fine all day long. No increase in heart rate and no jitters.
Will write an update in a few days.

Do you ever actually try these or have someone try them? This doesn’t do anything and believe me when I say I have tons of experience with diet pills. Sure wish they’d bring back the good stuff like Ephedrine.

Hi Kathryn,
Anoretix contains Super Citrimax, which contains HCA. There hasn’t been any research that specifically identifies HCA as the culprit in the Hydroxycut problems (yet), but there some that believe it is. However, you can never be too careful.

Hi. I am concerned to see that you no longer are recommending Anoretix. I purchased some about a week ago and I am not sure if I should stop taking it. Does it actually contain HCA? I did not see it listed in the ingredients. Please let me know! Thanks! Kathryn

Hi Monica,
I would certainly give it more than 2 days before you decide to stop taking it. Most diet pills with take anywhere from a week to 3 weeks to make a big difference depending on the person. Anoretix has a pretty good guarantee, so you may as well use the bottle that you have. If it doesn’t work and you have other bottles, you can send the other back for a full refund (there’s no time limit on their guarantee).

I have been using Anoretix for 2 days now – no change in weight, does it take longer for some people to start to work????
