Bryan,
Thanks for your input. It's always good to get personal experiences reported for the products.

So I have been a fan of the Universal and Animal line products for a few years. Nothing has not worked for me. The Cuts is a staple in my on-season routine. This will ripp you to shreds if you have a proper diet and cardio schedule. Once you come off of this, it takes a week to get back to normal eating habits if you were a heavy eater, personally I feel this is a great product for bodybuilders and just them. The intensity and focus you can get from several ingredients here is just amazing.

I used Animal Cuts with fantastic results. I used two cycles of it right before spring break and it did exactly what it says it does, it cut me to piece. I never once in my life had a six pack and after the use of Animal Cuts I had one. I'm a college football player and of course with using the product I worked my ass off in the gym. I lost almost 30 pounds using Animal Cuts. I would suggest this product to anyone who is serious about lifting weight, cardio and sticking to a diet to reach their goal.

If Animal Cuts is recommending that it be taken on an empty stomach, it's probably for good reason. If you are, however, experiencing some adverse symptoms from taking it on an empty stomach, I'd probably eat a little bit before. It is likely that the results may not be as effective. But if not, and you're only eating because it's convenient at that time, you may want to try to follow their suggestion.

I know animal cuts is suppose to be taken on an empty stomach but would it be harmful to my results if I were to eat within 30 minutes to an hour of taking a pack?

Hi Melinda,

Animal Cuts is marketed as a more of a "hardcore" supplement for bodybuilders. Their website, however, doesn't say anything about it not being suitable for women. I would give them a call. Their phone number is under the Contact tab of their website.
