I’ve use adipex 3 different times now. Im not super over weight, but when I need to drop anywhere from 20-30lbs I use adipex. I works Great! Each time I’ve used it,I’ve lost on average 21-33 lbs in a months time by following my doctors orders. The trick is a gallon of water a day, stay under 20fat grams, and excersice. Which I only did aprox. 20-30 mins on the tredmill everyday, weekends I rested.only side effect I had was constipation at 1st,but I was told 2 eat more fibers and that worked. And slight headaches, only because I wasn’t eating like I shld, but I had no appetite what so ever.but u MUST eat 5-6 small meals daily. And to keep the wight off after reaching ur goal,is to cont. To count ur fat grams, drink lots of water.and lite exsercise. About 3 days a week is all I do. Any questions for me, feel free 2 email me @ natmico76@yahoo.com
